Have been here a little over a month but the experience is overwhelmingly great and the community absolutely gorgeous.

Great experience...we were always given updates...always available for any concerns...courteous...everything went smooth which resulted in less stress and anxiety. Great team!

Beazer has a pretty strong process and produces a quality home. They did a good job throughout the entire build of keeping me in the loop and trying to make sure I was happy. This was my first building experience and Beazer did a good enough job that I’m looking forward to doing it again one day.

Beazer Homes and our sales rep was exceptional with communication and details throughout the process. we were not local but they provided weekly updates and info throughout the process and we very much appreciated the communication and questions answered

Buying a home with beazer was an easy experience. Marina is very good at her job and always follows up on things and made the process overall easier.

My husband and I started looking for a home back in September of 2020. We looked around at many new builds but we felt Beazer fit all the requirements we wanted. We are first time home buyers and we had no idea where to start with this process, luckily Dawn was very helpful and informed us on what to expect. Never did we feel misinformed or forgotten. She walked us through every single step and messaged us on any updates. During closing time we met the builders of our home and they walked us through every inch of our house. They let us know how things worked in there, what to watch out for, and where things were located. We absolutely love our new home!! Jeremy our builder’s agent was so nice and kind to my family when we moved here from other country he make us feel like family. Brett our builder is very impressive and rumour is that he is the top Beazer Builder. We had an easy walkthrough with no need for any touch up. We see Brett as our friend and he is always accessible if we have questions. Thank you and God Bless Beazer Homes!

Mike white the project manager helped us with our new home. We had never built a home before and were lost. He also stayed with us through all issues and resolved them in a timely manner. Her is outstanding.

Is home ownership this easy and great? I should have done it earlier. Central to that were my interactions with Matt and Harry and their teams. They were attentive, informative, and caring. My entire experience from beginning to end was seamless. Process was easy, My new home sales Rep, Marie, was Awesome. We were kept informed ever step of the way. Our construction mgrs, Greg and Nino, met with us, answered our questions as well as concerns in a timely manner. We were previously renting and our lease was ending and everyone worked hard to get us into our new home in time and we are truly grateful. I have told all my friends and family and we highly recommend Beazar Homes.

This is the home I’ve dreamed about for so long. I can’t say enough about the quality and craftsmanship of my new Beazer home. Michelle, my sales rep went above and beyond communicating with me every step of the way. I wasn’t always able to make it out to see my home while it was being built but Michelle sent me a video every week with all of the new progress and I cherish those memories to this day. Thank you Beazer team for all you do!

From our first contact with Jill in sales to contact with builders. Due to unforeseen circumstances we had three builders, Jason, Todd and Chris. All three kept us informed of our homes progress and answered any concerns or questions we had. Everyone works well as a team. We were living out of town and Jill sent us pictures of our homes progress. Our first builder, was transferred to another building site and Todd and his assistant, Kelly took over seamlessly. Todd, I believe went to work for a another company and Chris came in to wrap everything up. Chris made us very comfortable and addressed every concern and fixed the few things that needed attention. We are so pleased with our Beazer home. We heard so many horror stories from friends about their builder experiences that we were a little apprehensive about making the decision to build. We did not experience any of that. Post closure has been exemplary. Our builder is still making sure that every concern is addressed in a timely fashion, unlike other horror stories we heard from family and friends. Kudos to everyone at Beazer homes.
