If you expect no bumps in the road then buying new/building aren't for you. They are always there. What you can expect from Beazer is to deal with those bumps quickly and fairly. From the purchase process through punch lists, I felt like the Beazer Team did a good job of keeping things on track and fixing things when they strayed a bit.

My Beazer team was incredible from sales, design and the punch list guys. Building a home during the pandemic was stressful but it was lessened by the team I worked with.

Mike was incredible to work with. He went over and beyond to work with us throughout the building process. He makes sure you are updated on things happening and makes sure mistakes are fixed immediately. Before and during our walk through he took the time to point out things we did not see to make sure they were corrected. I am very pleased with his work and his professionalism. I will recommend him to everyone who asks about our home.

Great experience purchasing a Beazer Home. The builder, on-site office, and warranty personnel are top notch.

From Josh in the main office to Hailey in the design office to Chris the builder, I never waited for more than an hour to hear back from anyone at Beazer. and it was always a polite and informative response. We built with Beazer and our project manager, Keith, made it an incredible experience from start to finish! We got exactly what we wanted and were always in the loop thanks to Keith. If we move again, I’ll be reaching out to Keith to find out where he’s at because I’d love to work with him again. 5 stars across the board from us!

tHE LAYOUT OF THE HOUSE IS EXCEPTIONAL

We love our new home! No other builder even mentioned energy efficiency, and that is very important to us. We used a lender recommended by the builder and it was the best experience. So far anything we have had issues our home with has been addressed timely.

The homebuying experience with Beazer was great. We looked at inventory and in progress homes and loved the layouts and pricing. The location is also great and is a big bonus.

I like about their choice plan, and different options they offer. Most differently Energy Saving Home.

Beazer let me choose the lender, we may get loan shopping with 3+ lenders in the market. the quality of the home is great, this builder has excellent schedule construction process. the date they signed on the purchase contract, they will do it

Beazer takes the time to ensure that the home is built EXCEEDING mandatory building codes! Their homes are built to last, they make sure the little things like creaking floors and stairs are minimal if not completely eliminated. Unlike other builders I've walked through where the entire home creaks and pops as you walk around. I've walked through some where you hear every step from people upstairs. My home is so quiet that I don't hear people upstairs or my garage door open. Additionally, there is a lot you don't see or even think about; the home is so energy efficient which keeps utility bills low. Prior to drywall, I had a chance to walk through and noticed they had used silicone to seal between every external wall stud. I mean who ever thinks about the amount of energy loss that results from air seepage between the studs, even though they are nailed together. Imagine the entire exterior structure sealed at every crack and crevasse to prevent energy loss. Not too mention they walls where the showers are located are also insulated beyond code to ensure your shower isn't freezing when you get in on a cold morning. Bottom line is this... you get what you pay for!!!! and with Beazer you get a fantastic home for a great price!!! ... Más

I love my new house!

When we just walked in the model home for the first time we even hadn’t decided to buy a new house. But sales person was very nice and very efficient. He answered all our questions, showed every corner of the house with the patient. After some months he followed us offering some beautiful houses as my dream. Then we decided to build a house. The entire process of the building house was so easy and fast. The house was ready exactly the time he promised me despite of the COVID-19. The builder was also super nice. The Morgage choice program was perfect, and I got the lowest rate from them. Because I compared about 10 Morgage rates. Overall I highly recommend to build a house with Beazer. Being out of state, it was definitely more challenging; however, Beaver made our experience pretty seamless. We were continuously updated with the status of the build. It was very easy to make decision especially with the exceptional standard features. Great Experience Overall!
