I have enjoyed working with the entire Beazer team of sales staff and project managers. They have responded to all my questions in a timely manner and made my experience moving into my condo as smooth as possible. I have been moved in now for a couple of months and truly enjoying my home here at the Gatherings with a great open floor plan plus having a garage is awesome. Great location across from the Greenway park and loving the Music City Theme throughout the building.

What stood out about the building process was how important details were communicated by the sales rep. Josh, and the building supervisor Chris. From l the foundation to the finished product Chris ensured that we understand the process and guided us through the final walkthrough. The quality of the build is sound and energy-efficient and the design center team was awesome and patient (Thanks guys). Great Job Josh and Chris!

Our home is so beautiful and well made. We are very please with the outcome of our home and are very comfortable. If there is a problem after moving in there is a customer service you can call and they are very prompt to fix the situation. Thank you Beazer from the beginning with Brian, the middle with the design center with Erin and the many encounters with Tony. Everyone was great.

No issues with the whole process. Minor issues only and they were taken care of immediately. They make a great product and I would highly recommend this builder.

Our home was signed with Jon and built by Christian but the entire staff in Valencia is amazing! If we ever visited the model when Jon was not there, Jill and Kathy always met us with a smile and attended to any questions we had. We made many alterations to the original plans and Christian coordinated all of the audibles well and made our vision a reality!

My experience with purchasing a new home was good until I moved in. Within the first week of moving in I found several minor issues and after making your staff aware of them it’s been well over a month, going on two and the minor issues are still fixed. I would appreciate it if those issues would get fixed in a timely manner....thank you!

The whole experience was fantastic. Of course waiting for the house is the worst part. But I have to say, Beazer delivered and our house was overall on schedule. The whole process was amazing with Beazer from our wonderful sales lady Janine Whipple to the builder Gabe Beltran. These two really put as at ease and always made us feel Beazer was the right choice. The house is amazing, the upgrades we picked were so worth it. Our advise to new buyers is to not skimp on floor or cabinets and countertops. Those upgrades were so worth it and most people either never update or it ends up ...
