The experience as a whole was great. Fast closing, friendly staff and the post buying with Wayne has been wonderful. This is our first winter so noticing it’s a bit drafty in the downstairs than expected. Thinking of replacing screens with another window.

We love our new home the Beazer team was great, knowledgeable, understanding, and very helpful throughout the entire process. Our builder David and our counselor Doug was on point with everything. Doug provided weekly updates on our progress. We needed a few updates and David was on it ASAP. Overall great experience for us.

Look at for cheap concrete they put in in the home this concrete is real soft is not it's not a hard concrete it's real soft concrete and stuff they hide between the walls that you can't see that is wrong and watch for the lies they tell you you got to be real wise to that if I would have known that I would have never bought this house

If you're looking for great quality at a reasonable price, you'll find it with Beazer. Our sales manager was great - upfront, friendly, and trustworthy. The project manager was also a pleasure to work with. His work ethic and attention to detail is what you would hope for from his position. As with any new-build, problems can arise, but they were quick to solve any issues we had. Overall, we would recommend Beazer wholeheartedly.

I have been in my home for a little over two months and I am loving every bit of it. I am most pleased by how well insulated and energy efficient this home is. I have received two utility bills and was astonished at how low they both were. Beazer uses high materials in their homes.

Prior to choosing Beazer, I walked through countless new construction homes. After seeing a Beazer Home (for the third time), it was clear that the quality and attention to detail was next level. It was great working with Joel and John throughout the building process. They were easy to get in touch with and quick to respond to any questions that came up. The Beazer Team was phenomenal! Amanda has always been available when I have questions in regards to the building process. Mark has kept me in the loop of the progress of my home! All the findings I reported, he was already on top of it. His attention to detail is outstanding! He treated my home like his own.

My experience with Beazer over the last 2 months has been 100% satisfactory. Cory, my warranty representative has been amazing, and knowledgeable. Every time i text him, he immediately response back and he is always on top of everything, making sure the issue has been fix. Thank you Cory for all your help within this past couple of months...

David is kind, considerate, listens and hears your concerns. He is responsive and responsible for any issues that arise. His follow up to independent inspection results is timely and thorough. He spotted and recognized things not stated by the inspector. He validated and corrected items that were particular to me. After move in he would wave and stop and ask how things were going. He showed genuine interest in me and my move in experience. I feel like I could ask him anything, and he would either correct it himself or make sure it got done by the correct person. Everyone we dealt from the purchase to the closing made everything seamless. After closing our builder took the time to help us with some of the small issues we had and was very prompt to follow up.

Our experience with Beazer homes has been great. From the start with touring the models to the design meeting over zoom to the weekly picture updates to the final product. I like that when I called the builder he seemed honest and true when answering my questions. During the walk through he pointed out more things ha than me that they should improve before move in.

Truthfully, I wasn't quite ready to buy. I needed a few more months to get everything together to be in a position to make the purchase. But, we loved the home. Beazer was willing to wait for us, after we made our deposit to reserve the home, and that flexibility made all of the difference for us (of course, the wait time wasn't unreasonable either). Additionally, for each walk-through and our after-closing meet-ups, there was tremendous flexibility in timing, which I needed with my job. With Beazer, there just seemed to be an ever-present desire to make it all work out!

The team at Beazer did a great job keeping us informed throughout the process from the time we stepped into the model home to today now that we are in the home. They are as responsive now as they were at the start.
