Sales person and building contractor very helpful through the whole buying| building process. That was greatly appreciated being that I was not local as the house was being built. No major problems since I moved in, and the few problems I had were attended to promptly.

Overall, we were happy with the experience starting with the sales agent all the way down to closing on the home. Couple of areas of improvement: 1. While Beazer provides a choice of mortgage lenders on their portal and throws in the incentive of contributing $2000 towards closing costs, it is important that all of the lenders respond to phone calls. Only a couple of them did. 2. Quality assurance - while we were happy and very appreciative of the construction supervisor’s responsiveness and help, there should be more attention to detail. What may seem as minor issues to Beazer still matters to us as a homeowner having paid top dollar. We had about 10-15 issues that needed to be addressed. The warranty department had to be engaged within the first month because of a water leakage (from rain) from the exhaust fan in the bathroom. That to me was not okay. ... Más

We started building with Beazer while living out of state, and although it was tough not being physically present during most of the build, we still felt comfortable thoughout the entire process. Keith has been the greatest asset! He kept us updated weekly, was always available and willing to make adjustements as needed. The quality is excellent and we are excited to be part of this new community!

The build process with Beazer Homes was great, there was transparency and clear communication throughout the build of our home from both Rachel R. in Beazer Sales and Mike B. whom is our Beazer Construction Manager. Rachel helped us select the right model to choose and led us through the easy process of Beazer Choice in selecting the right mortgage lender for our financial needs. Mike did a great job of ensuring things went according to plan and was quick to make adjustments when they were needed. Diane L. in the Beazer Design Studio was awesome to work with, helping us select all of the finer details and upgrades to make our new home look amazing. Mike and the Beazer team, including DeMarcus in Beazer Customer Care, have been great to work with after the closing on our new home to ensure everything is just as it should be in a high-quality home. We are really enjoying our new Beazer home, it feels like it was made just for us and we've felt like home in it since we moved in. Throughout the construction process, Project Manager, Chad, and Beazer Realtor, Angelo, did an outstanding job in providing weekly updates via FaceTime and calls. Since we lived in NH and couldn’t be there, this process made us very comfortable that things were moving ahead as planned. Also the meeting at the Design Center meeting was well done. We highly recommend Beazer Homes and couldn’t be more pleased with our new home.

Great experience with first time buying new construction

We are very pleased with many factors of our Beazer home. The finished design exceeds our expectations from our original ideas. Seeing the house come to life has been an exciting time for us, and we were very pleased with the total outcome from start to finish, this neighborhood have been safe secure and enjoyable living space thanks to Beazer Homes and company.

I don't know anything about the company, but my wife and I like our 100 townhouse community. Both our salesperson and the superintendent on our home were knowledgeable and caring; pleasant and competent.
