It was great having the team to build the house. The did it very quickly and acted professional. There was some lack of communication and lack of small promises. The closing date was not even talked about until a couple days before the date. There was some minor improvements wanted to be done in the house and builder said he could do it, but didn't.

Not my first time building a house, but definitely the most stressful. Communication wasn’t great. Lots of ongoing issues with the house.

We like the house and layout. However we were told we could have a fence and the day after we move in we go to a meeting where there is an uproar about the fact that fences weren’t really allowed according to the covenants. Fortunately we were approved because I had everything in writing. We were also told that there were rental restrictions in the covenants by the Beazer rep, Khris. Not true. I take blame for that because I didn’t read them closely after she told us that. Since moving in, these special hybrid water heaters have been nothing but a problem. We are on our third repair call. There are some issues with our floor that are being addressed. I will say our post move in rep, Jace has been great. So in general, it’s a nice neighborhood, close to everything. We like the house and layout and like every new house there are issues to repair. The things I think they could do better…make the driveway and garage wider. It would be nearly impossible to put two cars in there. Put in a nice bathtub in the primary bath! Get rid of those hybrid water heaters. They are terrible. What I like the best…the layout, the fact that they did the whole yard with sod, not just the front (although ours has to be redone as it was dead when we moved in. The client care has been pretty good so far. I liked the fact they use hardie board. As a realtor, I’ve had buyers in many different production homes and I do feel Beazer is a step about a lot of them. ... Más

We had an excellent experience with my builder. The quality of work and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. The team was professional, responsive, and delivered on time.

We are very pleased with our new home. The floorplan is wonderful and Monique and Aneta were great to work with throughout the process.

Go all in with a Beazer home. You won't be disappointed!

Buying the home process is smooth and without incident. But once you sign, immediate assistance is switched to the quality assistance section and it is slow to respondl It feels like once you sign, beazer is done with you.

I appreciate the care and dedication the Beazer team commits to us during and after we purchased and moved into our home. Three people stand out as being dedicated to helping us with our issues and questions as needed during the warrantee period and leading up to final inspection. Kim (Customer Care Team) Darrel and Blair (Construction Team). These three people helped lift this rating, that was lower due to some earlier shortfalls in the process primarily with communication between departments and with my lender, and a disappointing upgrades experience.

We had to pay for the title insurance policy. That is a SELLER expense! We should be reimbursed $923.12.

Overall, my first home-buying experience was very positive. The only challenge I encountered was with the lender process. I had already secured a lender, but the builder required me to apply through their preferred lenders, which added an extra layer of hassle. That said, the rest of the process went smoothly. The community manager, Jason, was excellent throughout. He was professional, approachable, and knowledgeable, always taking the time to address our concerns and answer any questions we had. His easy-going and polite manner made the entire experience far less stressful. I truly appreciate the support provided, and aside from the lender requirement. The purchase was easy. The agent was great. The quality is fair. Garage is small. Refrigerator still not working properly after three repairs. The water smells and is very dirty. I have a serious mold issue in HVAC closet. The ERV system is noisy. Paint is the lowest quality Sherwin Williams. Why would a quality builder put wire closet organizers in a quality home? And the remote fan is an issue- due to the limited frequency of each remote, randomly, the light or fan will come on due to someone else in the building using their remote. The overall experience was good, not great. The home looked/felt rushed. During the first 30 days of owning the home it was obvious Beazer did poor quality control on the work performed on the home. Example the yard is poorly graded, asking about getting this fixed just gets patched not fixed. We love the house just felt Beazer could have done better.

The house is well constructed, offering solid quality for its price point. Additionally, the builder demonstrates a strong commitment to customer service, addressing complaints promptly and effectively.

From planning through construction, I found the experience to be relatively trouble free. My only suggestions for improvement would be 1) Allow the builder incentive to be used without obligation to Beazer's preferred lenders and 2) Use solar components all of the same brand. The combination of Tesla, SPAN, and Qcell leads to a confusing mess of different apps and compatibility. The process of activating the solar system with NV Energy could be a lot easier.

From our initial purchase with Mark to our final walk through with Paul, the Beazer team was great. The design center was efficient and offered reasonably priced upgrades. I definitely recommend Beazer for new construction.

We like the home we purchased We were surprised that our Ford F-150 Crew Cab fit in our garage with overall clearance of 3/4".

smooth closing and very nice service

This is our second build and third total family build. The Beazer product held temperatures well when we experienced a 3 day power outage. Our family members were quite impressed when they thought we’d be super hot during Beryl in Texas. After closing, we had a normal “fix it” list. The list got “lost in translation”, but Hunter made sure he personally handled our concerns. We are pleased with our purchase overall.

Brad, Kelly and Lonnie were great to work with. They all addressed any of our concerns quickly. Few things that were potential problems were 1) sod laid was not watered as needed and sod soil was full of rocks we are still removing revealing poor quality. 2) some of the plants planted in landscaping in front yard died and were replaced after final walk through then died again. We were told what WE could do to fix the problem but no help from Beazer. Seems they have had this problem with most homes built in this community. However they continued to plant shrubs incorrectly anyway! I feel they should fix the issue not the homeowners at the homeowners expense. The buying process was very smooth; however, I absolutely hated the fact that in order to put in an offer, I had to get pre-approved by the builder's lenders. This not only caused a slight delay in the escrow process, but also hurt me due to the rates skyrocketing.

I searched for about two years and did not find anything that comes close to my current condo. Very spacious rooms , plenty of storage all throughout, big and beautiful kitchen with lots of cabinets. What sold me on this condo was the walk-in pantry room and the walk-in laundry room (I did not see this anywhere else I looked while searching). The only negative thing is the size of the garage and the lack of enough parking spaces .
