My home buying experience has been great from the start! She is so warm and kind. I really trust her to make this process as smooth as possible. She looked out for me like I was her own family! Grey has been a great resource since moving in. Any questions I have she’s very knowledgeable and answers back in a timely manner! She’s kind and has been a huge help as I am a first time homeowner.

What could’ve been a really rough review was completely turned around thanks to Ben, who went above and beyond to save the day. Despite a heavy workload, he worked tirelessly, stayed focused, and did whatever it took to make things right—and it truly made all the difference. Big thanks to Mike too—he stepped up in a big way while Ben was on vacation, keeping things moving and continuing to resolve issues quickly and thoroughly.

We are very satisfied with the design quality of the condo. The only problem we had was the water was not turned on the dishwasher and washer water exit was not in the right exit hole so water escaped to floor. We are still missing a screen on the window on the east side side of condo. The dryer hose was also not attached to the outside of the house. We really appreciate the extra paint that was left in the closet , and labeled, for touch up spots. Generally we are very happy with the Beazer construction and would recommend others to purchase their housing products.

We have a great experience in purchasing our new home with exemplary help of Shannon Jhoti from the office. They have all the answer for every question we ask and easy to understand. She provided us with a very relaxing environment every time we go to the office for questions. Very friendly and they made us very comfortable.

The house is very nice and comfortable, also for people that love to walk nice walking paths around the neighborhood

The overall build of the home is pretty well made. The build team is very knowledgeable and also showed they cared about the work they do on the homes. Shannon and Jyoti made our first time home buying experience great. They have helped us every step of the way through the process. Very patient and passionate about providing us everything we need and also helped with any questions we had. Humberto has been great as well and is very responsive when I have questions or have any concerns about the house and is very prompt to address it. Overall highly recommend!

Excellent people to work with.

Melissa has gone out of her way to help us with any issues that have come up. She responds quickly and gets things scheduled quickly as well. She even went so far as to scrub a bathroom sink for us! Melissa has been professional and pleasant to work with. We never hesitate to ask for her opinion when something comes up.

Brain and his team are fantastic! They addressed all our questions and concerns promptly and professionally during the construction phase and after we moved in.

Building a home is never easy and moving across states makes it harder. Our builder was very professional responsive and attentive to our asks. She was a pleasure to work with.
