Colin, the Beazer Sales Rep was the best. He kept us on top of each step thru the building process and sent us photos of the progress. He IS what made this a memorable experience. The not so good side is the title company. They were uncommunicative and well, I'll leave it at that. My only complain with Beazer is not allowing buyers to increase the depth of the garage. At least 3/4 of the homes in this subdivision have a pickup truck in the driveway because the garage is too shallow to park it inside and nearly every other homeowner I've spoken to agrees.

The entire process, from the initial purchase to the final move in was smooth. Lisa,Heather and Alec made sure we received all the updates. Alec made sure all our questions regarding the construction were answered in a timely manner.

New home counselor made our new construction process a breeze but giving us realistic expectations and being flexible was a game changer.

The entire process was smooth. I like my house, but there are some things that I am still waiting for them to fix. I have a bathroom cabinet broken, my closet is still missing one side and I can’t put anything there yet, the garage door is super noisy, etc. They promise to fix it, but I closed two months ago, and I am still waiting.

Beazer team and builders were very friendly and helpful! Definitely recommend to people looking for a new home.

Had a very good homebuying experience. The sales representative did a great job of keeping us updated in the home build progress. As a sight unseen buyer on the initial home layout we would’ve appreciated more directional orientation so as to see where the river views, sunrise and porch and bathroom layout would all fall.

Smooth home buying experience overall from beginning to end in this very nice, brand-new development. Very good information throughout the construction phase and painless closing process. Marina and Jody were very helpful. We love the new house and the amenities of “The Cove”. There was only one slight glitch (otherwise I would have given 5 stars) with the street name that may have contributed to our address not being recognized for quite a while by DMV, banks and other institutions or service providers. This necessitated additional activities (e.g. a personal trip to the DMV). It may be unavoidable for completely new developments but Beazer did not appear to make any active efforts to resolve the issue. ... Más

Very friendly and professional sales staff as well as the construction manager. Much better experience than past ones with different companies like LGI.

Jessica was a very positively involved part of the process. She sent photos with her status weekly status update. The builder, Mike, did an excellent job of being involved in the weekly meetings. Our only concern comes to the contractors. We have a mostly small list of issues that are in the subcontractors hands. They don’t seem to be responding in a timely manner.

We had a fantastic experience with Mike and Jeff and then also Christina from first service but the follow up person has really not done a very good job. We love our place and the quality of what they’ve built but we wish they’d go ahead and wrap up the couple things we have left. Great experience otherwise and I won’t let the lack of follow up from one person flaw my overall judgment.

Team was good but the construction quality was modest at best! We feel taking out the refrigerator from the house after we were shown one in the model unit was kind of lame …specially after we signed the contract!

Overall it’s a great experience with Beazer. Our first home is also from Beazer and we are like returning customer. It was a great experience starting from contract to closing of the home.

I found a peaceful and safe place, my little house gives me warmth and security. I saw the birth of my house from the empty lot to what it is now, Beazer professionals were attentive to every detail and that was very important to me. Thank you Beazer!! Carolim

Jeniffer helped me with the home buying process. Everything was good and smooth except the closing part.

Chris is Awesome! He is very friendly and professional. Very knowledgeable about his job and keeps the buyer in the loop every step of the way while addressing all your questions and concerns. I’m giving a 4 star because there are other members of the team with whom I had a not so great experience with.

Sales staff was friendly and helpful. The construction delayed a few months during the pandemic and supply chain shortage, but the closing is smooth & quick. Todd fixed the minor issues we found within 1 day. We appreciate Beazer's team who helped us get our first home in TX!

We're pleased with the process as well as our home. Would definitely go with a Beazer Home again. There are some things that we would change with the process, but overall we are more than satisfied with our choice. If you are looking for a new build, Beazer should definitely be in your list of options.

For the most part it was a good experience. My true rating would be a 4.5. I only wish the master shower was bigger. I asked for the option to change to the standalone shower in the master bath but this was a "spec" home. Also the communication regarding the closing date could have been better.

The quality of the tile work and concrete finish was really below standard.

The overall experience wasn't bad for a first-time home buyer however, I wish they could have been straight up with us (buyer) about the construction time frame. I know it's not their (builder) fault due to shortages but it would have been fair to both parties to have an open conversation from the beginning. Also, the sales associates should not showcase a model home that would not be in a different site. This is very misleading because not all buyers might be able to interpret the paper layout of the newly build.

I would like to thank Tiffany and Sean for helping to make a very frustrating situation much easier to handle. They were awesome and I consider them friends. Tiffany was outstanding in guiding me through the buying process and keeping me apprised of updates as warranted. Her cheerful/positive attitude gave me assurance that the buying process was under control. Sean was very accommodating and available to talk to me about my concerns. If he didn't know the answer he found out in a timely manner. If I asked for a change he was accommodating. One concern is in Beazer Corps. lack of quality oversight. Yes these are interesting times we are living in and it shows in the quality of the product produced. When one pays $350K+ for a new home, one expects a better product. The glaring issues upon closing were brought to Beazer and have been resolved. There have been, however, so many small details namely the less than stellar cleaning of the house prior to closing. I personally scrubbed, on my hands and knees, every inch of my tile floor in an effort to remove the copious amounts of paint and grout splattered all over the floor. Frustrating but done. There are numerous other small items that I'm just making the minor repairs myself. Another concern is that there seems to be a total lack of authority in holding the contractors accountable for their substandard work. It seems that the contractors hold the upper hand, bad work and all. The amount of re-work having to be done is mind boggling. It's a shame but it is what it is. I love the Highlands community and am excited to see it grow. If I had it to do all over again I would more than likely look at other builders. ... Más

One word to describe the Location, Amenities, Floor Plans, Flood Safety, Affordability, Local Community retail and services = Great However...Disappointing but not disqualifiers were: lack of personal customization and a highly restrictive condo association.

The overall experience was ok for house buying. I am in my home but it does not appear that all things promised by Beazer were delivered. Speaking with all of my neighbors we can hear sound from unit to unit. Every one express that they were advised that things would be sound proof to some degree. Overall Chris and Adam are a delight to work with. In all honesty, if they were not a part of your team I am not sure if I would have made this far. They keep their word and is extremely responsive.
