Sales staff was friendly and helpful. The construction delayed a few months during the pandemic and supply chain shortage, but the closing is smooth & quick. Todd fixed the minor issues we found within 1 day. We appreciate Beazer's team who helped us get our first home in TX!

We're pleased with the process as well as our home. Would definitely go with a Beazer Home again. There are some things that we would change with the process, but overall we are more than satisfied with our choice. If you are looking for a new build, Beazer should definitely be in your list of options.

For the most part it was a good experience. My true rating would be a 4.5. I only wish the master shower was bigger. I asked for the option to change to the standalone shower in the master bath but this was a "spec" home. Also the communication regarding the closing date could have been better.

The overall experience wasn't bad for a first-time home buyer however, I wish they could have been straight up with us (buyer) about the construction time frame. I know it's not their (builder) fault due to shortages but it would have been fair to both parties to have an open conversation from the beginning. Also, the sales associates should not showcase a model home that would not be in a different site. This is very misleading because not all buyers might be able to interpret the paper layout of the newly build.

The overall experience was ok for house buying. I am in my home but it does not appear that all things promised by Beazer were delivered. Speaking with all of my neighbors we can hear sound from unit to unit. Every one express that they were advised that things would be sound proof to some degree. Overall Chris and Adam are a delight to work with. In all honesty, if they were not a part of your team I am not sure if I would have made this far. They keep their word and is extremely responsive.

Overall good experience. We love the design of our home and living outside the city. Wish the lots were bigger. Our salesman Nick was lacking in knowledge and communication. Our only regret in buying our home is due to the builder now selling homes for less than we paid and the HOA.

Seems like I have nice neighbors and I like the area. Poor attention to detail. Sloppy edge painting that I have had to correct. Poir cleaning prior to taking possession. I had to remove taped signs in the guest room window, clean the windows and blinds. Very dirty. I experienced 4 differebt leaks resulting in closing delay, wet flooring less than 48 hrs after moving in. It took 1 month to resolve, Multiple trips by plumbers, painters, floor removal/installation. This started 7/23, with me notifying people on 7/25 and trim is still not finished. The sells agent was great and helpful with all of our questions, to the best of her ability (5 stars). The home building process was longer then what was told in person and the foreman didn't have any answers. Due to the long building process mortgage rates went from 2.8 to 5, (3 stars)

I gave it a 4 star because I live my house. However the privacy fencing around the community was poorly built. We have foxes crawling under the “privacy fence” that was built. I have personally seen people crawling under those fences during night time trespassing. I do not feel safe in my house even with all my security system.

The homebuying process was rough but beezer helped us through. My largest complaint is being unable to pick the floorplan we wanted and had to settle for a bathroom layout that was not our 1st choice. Joe has helped us address any lingering issues when we moved in and we are grateful for that.

Working with Sales team was great, Timely updates about the progress was very helpful. Builder was super helpful throughout the construction process with answering all of the queries and extended their best support. Beazer homes could have been little flexible and accommodative with atleast some of the minor design change requests. At the end Its all about timing, Supply and Demand but currently the same homes are offered with more flexibility and design options.

I would say that the buying experience was excellent. Customer service was excellent but the communication about the progress of the home was not so good but that's over now. Now that we're in the home we're having difficulty getting some of the things attended to on the punch list like some of the AC issues plumbing geese etc. That's disappointing because it feels like once we've given them the money then they're gone. I had a great salesperson, Shannon. Very helpful when issues came up during the building process. I'm a bit disappointed that issues noted on my punch list during my final walk thru have not been completed. The AC has been an issue since the day I moved in. Downstairs is cool, but upstairs is miserably hot. A two tiered AC system would have remedied this issue. Its definitely a design flaw. John and Roland have been responsive helping with this issue but theres only so much they can do. Poorly designed. The homes are lovely. Marie did a great job helping us through the process of buying our home. However, once we closed it has been a bit of a nightmare to get things fixed. It took 5 week to get some electric completed, trash was left above the cabinets in the kitchen, plants need to be replaced and that is taking a lot of time. There doesn't seem to be much accountability or proaction on anyone's part. The customer has to chase people down to get things done. Not a great experience.
