Poor service after purchase.

The service after you purchased the home is horrible, you have to call and call until you get fed up. They have every excuse not to do the work, they installed quartz in my house it was an upgrade but failed to tell me that they do not polish and seal the quartz I have circular marks and quartz from suction cups. A lot of skipped steps all they want is the closing.

Blue Tape issues

Blue tape issues did not get fixed. We were told after we move in they would be completed. Due to us possibly scuffing up walls more. They would paint over that as well. Once in new home if they were to come fix issues it would void out 1 year warranties. We had signed contract meaning issues were fixed even though there was a verbal agreement and recording of it taken.

House is great the general contractor was awesome, along with the studio. All other aspect with mortgage company and follow-up with sale team here not as expected. They were not knowledgeable.

This was not pleasant home buying experience for me since many of the questions I had were not answered clearly. I asked a lot of questions and the response was you can trust the builder. In the end the answers I was given did not come through.

Need more communication!

It was OK, Michael and Corbin did a good job of walking me through the home buying and building process. They acted in a professional manner. There were instances however, where I would come to the house during construction and find some things that was not communicated during the reading of the materials in the contract. For example, finding out that there was no motor to the garage door. Beazer needs better quality control processes and oversight of contractors. We've worked with multiple builders over the years, and have found the quality control during construction to be lacking with Beazer. With that being said, the customer support team is good, polite, and friendly.

Overall Beazer did an awesome job with high quality. But they fell short on a few key areas. First, they made us purchase home theater equipment we did not need nor use. It is literally stacked in our garage now. While I appreciate Beazer’s respect for the environment, their policy about home theater systems is anything but wasteful for buyers and wasteful for the environment. Great Location, Great Sales team, Disappointing Attention to Details

The sales process experience was great and really appreciated the engagement of the pre-selected lenders to engage with. Truist was amazing in staying contact and monitoring interest rates. The onsite construction team, including Wayne were very helpful. The largest disappointment is the poor sound proofing for the Rivas model. The second disappointment is that the Rivas patio deck ceiling is not sealed, so if the condo owner above spills a drink, let's hope you are not standing on your patio deck. We will have to decide if this is a long-term home for us.

This was the second Beazer home I have purchased in the last 7 years. When I knew I needed to make a change, I spent some time deciding what I wanted to do. As a first time buyer, the experience could have been better. Everything looks beautiful, until you look closer. After moving in I discovered so many little sloppy mistakes. Take my advise, on your walk through day, spend the entire day and look in every corner and behind every toilet on the floor. There was a piece of my fireplace that was chipped off and all they did was paint over it. There were tiles behind the toilets that weren’t grouted and much more. The houses are beautiful but the details were done so sloppy. If I could do it again I would scrutinize the details.

Overall we had a very positive experience with our sales consultant, Mark. He did everything in his power to get us the best possible price and connect us with a great mortgage company. our contract was signed 1/18/2023. After that date the plans for our house changed. It was no longer identical to the model. Nothing was communicated about the change. Rather than build our group of houses to plan, the company decided to delay the process to build per the new plans. The sales team was not very forthcoming. Responses were not always timely. Start dates were given and missed. The operations folks were always portrayed as being too busy.

It was good experience overall and we enjoyed it and we love our home. I am not satisfied with backyard because it was not leveled and grass is very low. Also, one of backyard sprinkler pipes was burst open and now we are waiting to get this fixed up.

My initial experience was not good. My first Beazer real estate agent and I had a ratified contract that he annulled without my acknowledgement. My agent thought I knew about contract was cancelled and sold to another client. I told my agent to find out what's going on and I purchased another house same price next street over from original house. I had a bad experience with final walkthrough. I like our new home with the exception of a couple issues. Main issue I have is with the Heat system or it could be Duck work, either way unit with master bedroom in back does not get the air flow need to properly heat the bedroom in winter without turning up the thermostat. Gas bill higher than you would think for such an efficient unit as stated to us. Did not like the Gas Stove, was not given an option of Electric.

Disappointing Air Conditioning and Water Heater in this Home.

I am writing this review to express my disappointment with the air conditioning system in this house. Despite the dimensions of the property, the air conditioning appears to be insufficient, it is annoying that we woke up every night sweating even though we set up the A/C @ 62 °F, and what is even worse we are in winter time I don’t want to imagine how it will get in summer. There are a lot of things needing repair already. Since day one our roof gutters were full of concrete and other debris. My husband had to get a ladder and clear it himself and his hand was bleeding. They have a one year repair guarantee but so far our case has been open for 2 months and no one has come to repair anything. Our list of repairs is 2 emails long by the way.

I can't say with confidence, I'd purchase with Beazer. The building process wasn't cumbersome, but our realtor had to follow up on a few things and we got an inspection. For the final inspection, they hadn't done everything by the first or 2nd walk through. For the identify and tape process, their were weird rules.
