We were so excited to move into a new build, the home looked great inside and out! We received updates from the team throughout the process which provided us great relief as this was our first home purchase. All our questions were answered in a timely manner and everyone we came in contact with were super friendly and helpful!

Jyoti and Shannon were wonderful to work with. They were always so friendly and answered any questions we had. The whole process was smooth and we never felt stressed. The Beazer team as a whole did a wonderful job and the quality of work is outstanding.

We had the pleasure of working with Shannon and Jyoti and they were beyond amazing and helpful. It was our first time purchasing a home and they walked us through every step of the way, keeping us updated with the current status, as well as answering every single question we had for them. Beazer is customer focused, all of their staff have consistently and patiently listened to my preferences, choices, and respected the decisions I have made about my purchase. They have been supportive and extremely helpful with their insights and recommendations. The floorpan choices are an excellent blending practical utility with common sense. When something needs to be fixed, Beazer fixes it. I am extremely pleased with my purchase, this is my 3rd Beazer home. All major components of the build are solid. Beazer does however need to improve the quality of their interior finish work, I was surprised at the number of "small repairs" that have had to be done after I moved into my home. This was my first time buying property and while I’m the kind of person that researches something EXTENSIVELY before I go out and try it, I still had a lot of nerves and anxiety with the process. Miss Tiffany is a huge part of the reason I can call myself a homeowner today. She explained things in a way that was incredibly helpful and had no problems going over it again if I asked. She was patient and thorough and that’s exactly what you want when making one of the most important decisions of your life. She did a wonderful job of selling the property and explaining how Beazer is different from the rest. From the insulation in the walls to the energy efficiency of the solar panels, she explained it all and definitely got me excited! As first-time homebuyers, we came into this process not knowing much and feeling a bit overwhelmed. Chris, the building manager, made a huge difference for us. He was incredibly thorough, quick to respond to every question, and clearly knowledgeable about every step along the way. His guidance helped us feel more confident and informed throughout the process, and we’re truly grateful for his support. The build is wonderful and everything we were looking for.

From start to finish, my experience with Beazer Homes has been absolutely wonderful. Everyone I interacted with from Shannon and Jyoti, who were always kind, pleasant, and incredibly responsive, to Chris & John, the construction managers, and Connie in design—made the process smooth and enjoyable. Even after moving in, Joe and Humberto have continued that same level of care, going above and beyond to address any issues quickly and thoroughly. The whole team has been amazing, and I’m truly grateful for their support every step of the way.

We love everything about our new home. The guys we've encountered with Beazer have been amazing too. I don't know of any other builders that checks in with their buyers and ensures everything is top notch. Beazer definitely puts themselves above the rest in every category.

Purchasing a Beazer Home was one of the biggest and best decisions we have made. The process from start to finish was nothing but amazing. Ashley was so attentive with all of our questions and concerns and because of her passion in what she does, it truly inspired us to move forward. Alex our builder was nothing but fantastic as well. The best part through the process was the weekly communication updates/pictures we received from both Ashley and Alex. Till this day if we need something we are not alone. Our experience with Beazer was phenomenal. Throughout the entire process, Beazer was helpful, informative, and overall great to work with. Our main points of contact, Hassan John-Baptiste and Bryan Rives, were consistently available for questions and assistance, and went the extra mile to help us.

From the very beginning, everything was well-organized and transparent. Brian was amazing, he stayed on top of every detail, kept us in the loop, and made the entire process stress-free. It’s been almost two months since I moved in. I’ve come across a few small issues, but I’ve been addressing them gradually. Overall, I think things are going well so far.

Easy process when buying with beazer. Amazing quality home, no other new homes (including neighborhood competitor) were up to par with beazer quality which is why we quickly decided to go with beazer. After sale customer service has been great. Any issues have been addressed, although no major issues - only simple fix cosmetic stuff. My husband and I are happy to raise our kids in this neighborhood :)

They were great to work with. If I had a question or a problem, they responded promptly and took care of it. Also home was finished ahead of schedule

House is good and like the community. People in the process were nice and supportive including Cyndy, David and John.

We started the process in December 2024 and closed in April 2025. Cyndy, on the sales team was wonderful and helped us with the admin side of things. She helped with our contract, negotiating pricing, and design appointments. David, our builder was so informative and responsive to anything we needed. We were told 90 days to move in from when the foundation was poured and they kept that promise. The quality of the home is superb, their contractors pay attention to detail and do a wonderful job. We paid for 2 independent inspections and the inspector found little to no issues. Issues that were found were fixed the same day. A month after we moved in, John in the warranty department was quick to help us with a kitchen cabinet issue we had. We highly recommend Beazer for your new home. Very satisfied!
