Purchasing a Beazer Home was one of the biggest and best decisions we have made. The process from start to finish was nothing but amazing. Ashley was so attentive with all of our questions and concerns and because of her passion in what she does, it truly inspired us to move forward. Alex our builder was nothing but fantastic as well. The best part through the process was the weekly communication updates/pictures we received from both Ashley and Alex. Till this day if we need something we are not alone. From the very beginning, everything was well-organized and transparent. Brian was amazing, he stayed on top of every detail, kept us in the loop, and made the entire process stress-free. It’s been almost two months since I moved in. I’ve come across a few small issues, but I’ve been addressing them gradually. Overall, I think things are going well so far.

Easy process when buying with beazer. Amazing quality home, no other new homes (including neighborhood competitor) were up to par with beazer quality which is why we quickly decided to go with beazer. After sale customer service has been great. Any issues have been addressed, although no major issues - only simple fix cosmetic stuff. My husband and I are happy to raise our kids in this neighborhood :)

They were great to work with. If I had a question or a problem, they responded promptly and took care of it. Also home was finished ahead of schedule

House is good and like the community. People in the process were nice and supportive including Cyndy, David and John.

We started the process in December 2024 and closed in April 2025. Cyndy, on the sales team was wonderful and helped us with the admin side of things. She helped with our contract, negotiating pricing, and design appointments. David, our builder was so informative and responsive to anything we needed. We were told 90 days to move in from when the foundation was poured and they kept that promise. The quality of the home is superb, their contractors pay attention to detail and do a wonderful job. We paid for 2 independent inspections and the inspector found little to no issues. Issues that were found were fixed the same day. A month after we moved in, John in the warranty department was quick to help us with a kitchen cabinet issue we had. We highly recommend Beazer for your new home. Very satisfied! We would like to thank Sean B. for always being so on top of everything, at all times. We could not have asked for anyone better! Sean always made us feel so cared for, no matter what our needs were. The knowledge, patients, and dedication he has for his job is outstanding and we couldn't thank his enough for all that he has done for us! <3 Beazer is very lucky to have someone like him on their team!

My wife and I were looking for a new build house. I have always loved Beazer. When I got the notification that a new community was opening, I was so happy. We went to the grand opening of it and fell in love with the lot size, perfect as we have 4 dogs. We signed papers that day. That was in January, now in April we were pleasantly surprised to get told that they finished a head of schedule. We got to move in the last week of April and have been really happy ever since. We had the pleasure of purchasing our home with Monique. She was very knowledgeable and helped make the process easy. Jason the construction manager was very helpful during our walk through and after. When I have a question he comes by to help understand. When things were just not right he made sure to make them right. He is quick to answer even when I hit him up late. Love the support he has given us.

Our sales representative Aunee was absolutely fantastic. Very knowledgeable, thorough and positive in every aspect of the process. Once we executed the contract, she kept us informed with weekly updates. She has been a true advocate in helping resolve minor post-closing issues. Mike, the construction supervisor, seemed to be very thorough during the pre-closing walk through, but we found issues later which clearly should have been caught. We think he may have been distracted as he was in the process of moving to another state. Thomas, who took Mike's place, has been very proactive and excellent in resolving the few remaining issues. The team from beazer were great !!.....Megan was a great help with the purchase...Justin was very helpful with explaining how everything works in the house and answering my million questions .......and Brandon was the best at showing and explaining the build...he kept in touch weekly keeping me updated on the progress...I did not worry about anything and the house turned out wonderful....I am glad I went with Beazer!

I have built a home beofre, but my experience with Beazer was above and beyond my previous build. I recieved weekly calls to update me on progress, they were thorough with their informaiton from start to finish, and have been easily accessible after I've moved in.

Love Beazer home townhouse in Dale Wood I just purchased. I wish they allow buyer upgrade composite deck, vinyl fence. But over all, I’m happy with my new home.

Liz made it really easy to go through the process on securing the home we wanted. Gray was really helpful in helping us with learing all the insights of how the house works. Would definitely buy another home with Beazer!

The house is very nice. Builder did a great job.

Tony has been very responsive. overall satisfied with the workmanship of the house. We had issues of missing mailbox keys and they ended up resolving the issues.

Good experience so far, the house itself is beautiful! We love the build quality. We’ve had some issues with the solar panels activation but that’s not at all beazer’s fault! We love how efficient all the appliances are and how nice the AC is in heat of summer. Clearly does well with thermal efficiency and we love that.
