We built and picked out our extras which was great, and the superintendents and sales manager were excellent at reporting weekly progress + we lived close enough to watch construction regularly. However, we were not informed that we would have to purchase a refrigerator until the week before closing, which was a hefty out of pocket and did not have one in time to move thus having to throw away food. The private HOA used by Beazer also took out extra money at closing beyond the yearly HOA fees that was not explained and basically a non-explained assessment. Carson and Steve were great to work with. Great help from design team and selection of final trim choices. Dining room chandelier was low quality. Flooring, bath and kitchen upgrades did not allow much credit for base units being replaced.

Beazer did a great job at keeping me informed through my first home buying experience with weekly updates and a detailed walk through prior to closing! Brandon and team have continued to check in even after closing and made sure I didn’t need anything.

Overall experience was very good from the perspective of building a home 800 miles away! Great weekly communication from our builder. And pleased with end results. Now down here 6 weeks and still a lot of expected construction but very happy with the constant clean up on the streets and dumpsters so it is not so disruptive to day to day living while our new neighbors homes are being completed. Would have likes to have more detail on the contents of the landscape package we received and changes in floor plan of the Camden which left us missing things that were important to us. We love our home but there were some things that were overlooked, rushed and sloppy. However, some of these have been attended to while others we are still waiting on someone to fix. Overall, however, the building was a great experience and we love our home and new community!

We only worked with Michelle and Micah. Overall the experience is good in that they are friendly, pleasant and easy to work with. But we strongly feel that we are short changed on the garage. We were never told that we will be getting a small garage.

The experience with Beazer homes was good but my experience with Wells Fargo Bank was very stressful.

Angela and Jody were both very helpful in the buying process. They have also been very helpful after the closing.

Overall good experience. Weekly updates on time. Fixed everything we asked. Travis, Matt and Jenn are great to work with. Disappointed with plumbing fixtures. Steps to loft creak, Preferred lenders was a nightmare at clients. They were still asking for new documentations the the day of class

i think beazer homes should also concentrate on the inner quality along with house outer quality.

While I have had some things that had to be completed and corrected after closing, I enjoyed the building process. The sales person and the builder where in communication frequently and answered any questions I had. It was fun to watch it go through all the stages. I would say there is a disconnect between the design center and the builders, but all issues are either fixed or in process of being so.

I had a great experience with Beazer Homes! We have had no complaints so far. The customer service is excellent! I would recommend their homes to my closest friends and family!

My sales agent, Aurea, helped me immensely in finding my new home in Chambers Creek. She went out of her way to help resolve issues for me. She kept the whole process moving along and was knowledgeable about the whole community.

The end product is good. However, there were many mistakes made during the build. Follow the construction closely. Be sure the dwelling is constructed as promised, the specs are met as designed, and the options you selected are installed and installed properly. Do not close on the house until everything is exactly as you expected.

I was impressed with all company employee and the townhouse. I did not a five star rating because 1) The kitchen appliances are not top quality, 2) The bathroom appliances are not top quality, 3) The entrance/exit is a disappointment.

Our original home counselor was let go shortly after our buy which led to a few issues with our deal. For the most part they were worked out to the best of our local Beezer contacts' ability. When doing a corporate build, my best advice is to go slow as there is not much flexibility to make changes. Shoutout to Phil!! Thanks Much!!

Sale person was very good to help me to understand what is going on with house and he tired. However, there were several issues with the house to fix and had hard time to fix couple issues that I had with house.

Abe and Joe have been great to work with. Very pleasant and dependable. Unfortunately the customer service team has created the opposite feeling. We have had issues, some even minor, as part of the original punch list that have yet been addressed nor can we get status or update. And we have to keep reminding and explaining issues to customer service team. There have been many occasions where email or texts asking for a status or updates go unanswered and get not response. Our two customer care reps keep throwing each other under the bus and do not communicate well with each other. As a result, repairs either do not get completed or have to be submitted more than one time. ... Más

I love my home and am so glad that I chose Beazer. However, make sure they have fixed and/or replaced all of the items on your final walkthrough list before you proceed to closing. Otherwise, you might be like me waiting 3+ months for them to make those fixes.

Because of the death of our son we haven't been in our new home very long. We found a few things that I know that they wiil take care of.

The homebuying experience was very smooth, very few hiccups and we were able to tour the property at any time. We were supposed to get weekly updates with pictures which started out consistent, but as the process got further along updates became more infrequent, we never received pictures along the way and communication was a bit lacking at times. Overall, everything went incredibly smoothly and we have had zero issues with our beautiful new home, and we couldn't be happier!

They have great choices of houses to choose from. The garage built could be made a little bigger. The one I got is a bit small. 1 or 2 feet extra would be better. The worst part of the house we bought is the HOA property management chosen by Beazer to manage the property, If we knew how bad the property mgmt is, we probably would not have bought the house. No one told us which company manages the property and the HOA until after we closed on the house.

The overall experience pre move in was wonderful. I have ran into several snags post move in with Kierstyn being less than helpful in regards to stains on my floors, paint jobs that needed to take place, and a transformer in the garage that needed to be replaced. I’ve asked several times for floors to be cleaned and spots on the wall to be repainted but I notice additional new spots on the wall and floor as well. Also I had a faulty transformer, per ADT, and we went back and forth on that for weeks. There was a vent in bedroom 3 that she helped her it fixed pretty quickly but it shouldn’t have been hanging off this early in the move in. Big picture, the property is lovely and the community is growing so I am happy with the experience ... Más
