I purchased my home with a checklist before close. The tags were removed, but NOTHING was done. I have now been in the house for over 30 days with ZERO repairs. I recommended people to this builder that purchased a home with the same issues and I am embarrassed when I show my home. This is not my first build, but will be my last with this builder.

We purchased a new home and have had issues. First the design did not give us accurate information, after the fact we found out items were available that we were told they did not have. We made changes and the change orders didnt seem to make it to the job site. Our master shower tile has been an issue. They have made "repairs" several times. Each time the repairs made it worse. We are still fighting with this. We have other small items that have not been resolve yet. We hope they get to them. But it seems like if we dont follow up repeatedly nothing happens. We pointed out items during the build but they did not correct them until after additional work was done. Example dry wall, they needed to move a vent in the entry hall. We reminded them repeatedly. They went ahead and drywalled, mudded, and painted. Then had to go back and cute the drywall out. They drywalled over a data port in the study we pointed this out but they did all the finish work and then had to go back and cut the dry wall. It seems like any time they have to go back and do repair work, the condition is worse. I would strongly recommend you monitor things closely and stay on top of them until all items are fixed. We had friends who used Beazer in a different community and they did not have any of these issues. Not sure what it is with the builder here in El Cidro. They don't seem to be on top of things and it doesn't appear there is any quality control. We have involved management but even then we have to continually reach out for updates. They don't seem to write any issue down so it seems like I am telling them about the problems repeatedly. Another example is the light in the garage has not worked since our new home orientation. We are approaching 2 months soon and they have still not correct this. Our lock on he door from the garage to the house is not keyed correctly. It has been about 5 weeks and this has still not been corrected. Again, stay on them. This has been more stressful than I would have expected for what we paid for the home. ... Más

Feels like I bought a lemon.. the entire experience up to not has not been enjoyable nor similar to prior experiences. Keys didn’t work day of closing, garage door didn’t work, more than 5 electrical problems, terrible communication and customer service. Would not recommend this company nor will I buy a Beazer home again.

SonI bought my first house and it was total chaos. There was nothing but problem after problem. The incompetence is shocking considering what a large purchase this is. Never would I recommend a Beazer home.
