Working with Sales team was great, Timely updates about the progress was very helpful. Builder was super helpful throughout the construction process with answering all of the queries and extended their best support. Beazer homes could have been little flexible and accommodative with atleast some of the minor design change requests. At the end Its all about timing, Supply and Demand but currently the same homes are offered with more flexibility and design options.

I would say that the buying experience was excellent. Customer service was excellent but the communication about the progress of the home was not so good but that's over now. Now that we're in the home we're having difficulty getting some of the things attended to on the punch list like some of the AC issues plumbing geese etc. That's disappointing because it feels like once we've given them the money then they're gone. This seems to be a common complaint among many of my neighbors as well. So we're hoping we can get these issues attended to in a timely manner and move on with enjoying Bishop's Landing. ... Más

I had a great salesperson, Shannon. Very helpful when issues came up during the building process. I'm a bit disappointed that issues noted on my punch list during my final walk thru have not been completed. The AC has been an issue since the day I moved in. Downstairs is cool, but upstairs is miserably hot. A two tiered AC system would have remedied this issue. Its definitely a design flaw. John and Roland have been responsive helping with this issue but theres only so much they can do. Poorly designed. The homes are lovely. The design of the master bath is a bit crazy...there is only one towel rack in the bathroom and it's in the small room where the toilet is located. I would love for someone to explain to me the reason this was done. I had to buy towel racks and pay to have them mounted. I love all the windows and the openness of the floor plan. Marie did a great job helping us through the process of buying our home. However, once we closed it has been a bit of a nightmare to get things fixed. It took 5 week to get some electric completed, trash was left above the cabinets in the kitchen, plants need to be replaced and that is taking a lot of time. There doesn't seem to be much accountability or proaction on anyone's part. The customer has to chase people down to get things done. Not a great experience.

For the most part things went fairly smooth. There were some pretty big mess ups in the beginning but they were corrected quickly. Waited a long time (2 months) for windows but that wasn't the builders fault. The trim paint is pretty sloppy but other than that i did get a beautiful home.

Amber was great! The team stayed in communication despite unavoidable delays and went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with my home upon completion. Crew was friendly and welcoming every time I interacted with them. Would definitely recommend Beazer to others seeking to build!

Josh (Building manager) , was very attentive to our needs and questions. He was always available. The loan process was another story I would not recommend Ben Loan officer or the preferred lender. I never had conversation about rate, process or anything with him, would take forever to get any response from him or the operations team. The title company was Great and always answered and were very friendly. The design center team was Awesome also and very honest and upfront. Overall a good experience minus the lender.

Overall you will get a nicely built home. The foam installation really helps and there are great options and plans. It's a journey and nothing is perfect but Beazer will do what they can and take care of everything. Jason, Rich, Jacob and Danielle were great

Had a good experience with Builders and office team. Weekly updates on Construction progress and answering all questions was good. Work was completed with the given date but finishing on cement flooring/wood trim and painting was not good because of lack of experienced labors.

The entire experience from beginning to end was very organized and seamless.

We purchased our home in Aug. 2021. From the start, the Beazer team was informative and helpful. Our salesperson and designer were professional and easy to talk to. As building progressed, Beazer kept us up to date with both phone calls and pictures of the progress of the house. In fact, our home was completed earlier than expected. When it came time to walk through the home prior to closing, we discovered that some of our design selections were not met. Beazer assured us that their error would be corrected by closing. To our surprise on the day of closing the fixtures in our bathroom were still incorrect. At that time Beazer did work relentlessly to correct the problem. After closing, we have had an issue with our sliding glass door and blinds. The blinds over the door were installed backwards and have still not been corrected and the flooring by the sliding glass door was installed incorrectly causing the door to rub and not close properly. We’ve contacted our service person with Beazer about the issue, and the problem has still not been addressed. We have been waiting over a week to hear back from him. Beside this issue with our door, the rest of our home is beautiful. I just think that the people handling the servicing of our home should be a bit more informative. I feel like communication and assistance was better served during the building process than after we moved into our home. ... Más

My experience with Beazer Homes has been a good one. From the moment I signed the contract to the time I settled, I was treated with the utmost respect and consideration. The entire team at Beazer has been great to work with and I sincerely thank them for being so patient with my never-ending list of questions. Since my closing, the staff has continued to be very kind and helpful. I did not like the delays in the building process, but understand that supply demands did not help make things easier for any buyers over the last several months. The home completion seemed rushed. There were several areas of paint touch-up after I closed and moved into my home. There were several spots on my flooring downstairs which are still stained with paint. Although I marked several spots during my official walkthrough they were either untouched or the blue tape was just left, so I took it upon myself to remove it. The irrigation only comes on in the common area like the pool. My backyard has started to die. I have contacted the HOA no seem to have an answer about when the yards will be maintained. There was a major delay in appliances the builder left it up to the homeowners to reach out regarding something we paid for during the initial contract signing. ... Más

This was our second Beazer home and while the house came out as beautiful as we imagined, we can definitely tell the quality isn’t the same as our last home. We purchased our first Home in the Amira subdivision in January of 2020 and immediately noticed the quality of work. We purchased this home knowing we would most likely live in it for a few years and then sell. We ended up loving the community and Beazer product so much that we decided to find a property in a cul de sac in the same subdivision that we could build our dream home on. We started the process in October of 2021 and where told our home would be ready in May (which it was). Living in the neighborhood afforded us the opportunity to check on the build almost daily. There were several times that I had to point out that something they installed was not what we thought we where getting i.e we paid for the stone fire place a $12,000 upgrade and they installed the basic fire place( corrected after the fact) we paid for an outlet in the pantry and it was forgotten until we asked about it. When we started noticing issues like this it got us worried that the builder was missing other little details if we were catching big things like this. We have lived in the home for almost 2 months and there are places missing drywall, the outdoor ceiling fans had to be moved because the door would hit one of them when it was on, the entire media room door frame had to be removed and reinstalled because it was just awful and very poorly installed, even our superintendent David said he was embarrassed by that. We are still waiting for our oven and microwave to come in and be installed. We have a loaner oven in the mean time, and I understand the supply chain issues aren’t Beazer fault and I’m okay with that, however knowing a round about time would be helpful. After paying $600,000 on a home it should be almost perfect, I realize every home has small issues but I feel as though our first Beazer home was just built to a higher standard. We love our home and are still happy we chose to move but are a little disappointed that the standards have dropped for Beazer. ... Más

Beazer Home builder for Erwin Farms really do care about their home buyers. For many who are new to the area, there's many codes and process(s) that are involved in building a home more than ever for the City of McKinney which I think is great. If you don't have patients for things to change or take longer than anticipated it might not be for you. I would share that we enjoyed the experience, we learned a lot both good and bad. For the new buyer, do your research, and it's not just the home but the community as well.

We had a great experience with Beazer builders, the home building quality is top notch, we had great experience with the staff from the weekly update with Mr. Robert to the quick responses from Brett regarding our questions. We are very happy with the finish product and excited to call Herrington home.

We are not fully happy with the finishing details. For instance, wooden material was not cut with precision to make the joints match accurately leaving gaps that were then not filled or painted all across the doors, cabinets and baseboards. Locks and doors hardware was loosen in a couple of instances.

Took a look at Beazer homes Park View in Minneola. Met with Abe A. and he told me of what was coming up as a spec home. A model for my plan wasn't available, but I was able to look at the size of one inside a being built home in its pre-mud drywall stage. My spec home was slated (at that time per the website as Avail February), but in these supply chain times, I knew it would be later and planned for March or April in my mind. As supply chain things go, I had to choose flooring two times at the design center after the spec house choice because of supply chain issues, but I am happy with what I ended up with despite pushing the close from mid-March to the end of March. There was a tile waterproofing issue in the primary bath witch I was told was rectified, and the tilers apparently installed a L3 tile in the kitchen, when the spec called for a L1 basic white subway. Thats a win in my book, as I liked what they inadvertently put in! The closing was all the way in Orlando. It would have been nice to have a closing closer than 25 miles away from the home. Post-closing of course has its issues, but the warranty team is working on a few imperfections discovered at closing inspection. Overall, this is my third home purchase from a builder, and a reminder to all the first timers going thru a new build house. There is no such thing as perfect, expect little things to not be right, and worry about the bigger stuff. Hopefully you will have a great team such as Abe, Greg, and Carlis working with you! ... All in all our experience was good with the construction manager -Josh and Pam our Beezer representative. If we had questions they were very responsive and followed up with an answer.
