The home we purchased has a very long list of punch list items. Beazer staff promised they would be taken care but two months later they have not been addressed. Finish work is of poor quality. Workers building houses in neighborhood seem to be drinking all day.

Antar has been great from the start. However, I have moved in to an unfinished house since September and items are still not addressed two months later. Missing lights, garage cans, refrigerator, stove parts, washer and dryer, unfinished painting inside the house and outside in the patio and other area. Landscaping unfinished. I’m not happy!

Bad experience. I bought a quick move in home. When I looked at this home. It was almost done building framed, sheet rock, roof all of that was already done. This home was put online for a ready move in for the date of mid July. After giving them the earnest money. I thought things will get rolling with them completing the home. I drove to the house everyday. Spent probably 4-6hrs at the home. Surprisingly no one was there even attempting to complete the home. Beware of time from start to finish and changes in construction for similar homes from the subs and quality of construction for the price of the home! Also the amount of time to rectify problems after closing.

They conține to build even when they are aware it is wrong. the build it and fix it later is not what we consider quality building. This may have been the process since our builder Rob knew he was leaving Beazer and just cared about getting his numbers for his bonus before he left. Regardless a very disappointing experience.

Friendly during sales process but after the fact, they are so many people pointing the finger at every one else it’s ridiculous. We have two different sytyle of cabinets in our kitchen and no one has bothered to fix the problem. The door for the Master bedroom was cracked prior to us moving in, and no one has bothered to update us regarding this. Our Solar system after 3 months does NOT WORK, and has never been tested! Constant fixes and patch ups

I would never recommend beezer. I'm sorry to be this blunt, but this is my first home purchase and I regretted it from the first walk through. The workmanship is awful they have had to do repeated repairs and they just stopped doing the repairs half way though. I get a lot of promises but no follow through or just flat out lies.

House not fully completed and cleaned at closing, it's been over 45 days since we closed and we are still trying to get thing done. Squeaky floors, tile work looks barely professional, visible drywall seams, Buying experience is great but not much support after close so don't close unless your home is fully completed.

There were unexplained delays, and communication was very poor. I had 4-5 project managers during the building process, so continuity was lacking. The finished house is nice on the inside, and so far, I’m pleased with the quality.

Sales Guy Disappeared - Confusion Through Closing - Warranty Mystery

Our sales rep disappeared once we signed the contract, which delayed closing by weeks. Never heard from the original "closing agent" rep from Beazer until I escalated. Team took over to push the closing forward. Warranty is a mystery. At closing the closing team had no idea of the process to notify HOA - I had to reach out to them via escalation. I notified Beazer that the closing process was terrible, hopefully that will improve. HOA management company is strong - so that has been a good experience.

Bought first home. For most part things went smoothly. However, Promises were made by numerous people involved that certain issues would be fixed prior to closing and they were not. Was referred directly to customer service to fix the issues which are still Not fixed completely. Very rushed build and closed a week earlier than expected and was not finished. Disappointing process.

Closing date was pushed back multiple times. On final walk thru a list was generated by Beezer of items needing fixed. 2 months later still not corrected. Stopped into office to inquire about list and was told that I now have to go thru the warranty dept. So we were lied to on closing day that issues would be remedied without having to file a warranty claim. Also told on closing day we could only call warranty dept one time. Not very happy with Beezer at all.

We found that the house has many issues, AC stopped working 4 weeks after closing date, AC tech found a towel inside of AC, water pressure low due to rocks and glue on pipes, no attic lid, laundry room is very hot and there is condensed water in AC vent. Inspectors need to pay more attention to details, customer service reps need to follow up until completion at this point attic lid and the wall opened to fix the water pipes still without paint.

It all started with the signing of the initial documents, and the sales representatives were so rude that they do not care if you buy the home or not and they take advantage of the current sellers market. . I paid for a lot premium only to move into a poorly graded yard that doesn’t accommodate the buyer. The grading accommodated the storm drain which is directly included in my yard. I should not have to had paid for a lot premium due to not being able to fully enclose my yard. Brad and Elisa were absolutely great and wonderful to work with. I bought a home from Beazer and it wasn’t a good experience. I consider myself a good customer and go with the flow. The few questions I had during constructions were ignored. My one request to replace a bad board where my tv was going to be mounted was ignored by the lead builder. Straight up ignored me when I asked about the board.
