Purchasing my Beazer home was the best experience I could have asked for. The sales consultants (Rafael and Lacy) were extremely knowledgeable and professional, and always very quick to respond to any of our questions and concerns. I was so impressed with the process. The energy efficient features and the Choice Lender program were highlights for us. It can be an intimidating process purchasing a new build and they made it feel exciting and as close to stress free as possible. I would 100% recommend a Beazer home.

The builder Dan keep me informed weekly about all the build steps of my home also Chris was a lot of help in the design center overall the Beazer team was great!

This was my first home purchase and the whole process was very smooth and everyone made it super easy! From the sales office to my loan team and escrow! Can’t thank Josh, Kathy, Mark, Stacy and Manny enough for how wonderful they’ve all been. Everyone was so communicative throughout the entire escrow process. Manny has been fantastic helping me out with fixing some minor things around the house after we closed as well. I also love this neighborhood and especially my dog because she loves her walks and walking around here has been so nice because it’s clean and feels safe and I actually look forward to the cool weather so we can go walking together! Kyle, Sean, and Kristen were all great to work with. Made the process easy to follow as a first-timer getting a home built. Especially with the amount of questions I had and requests for followup. The big disappointment I have is with the quality of the sod and the lack of prep by the landscape company before the sod was installed. In fact the individual installing the sod mentioned to me the quality of sod they have to install is "not good" and suggested I contact them after closing to change it out to a better product (which I have not done). Tremendous amounts of weeds in the sod which I'm now paying a lawn maintenance company to eradicate, and the lawn both front and back are both very "lumpy" and not smooth such that my lawn mower jumps constantly from hitting high and low spots. ... My experience with Beazer has been great so far. The process has been smooth, and the team has been very helpful every step of the way. Corbin and Ashley have been amazing to work with — both have been responsive, professional, and always willing to answer questions and provide updates. They’ve made this experience much easier and more enjoyable.

We are uniquely situated near the office and can ask post purchase questions in person. The continued care of Beazer staff goes. above and beyond, We love living in the New Arista community we have joined.

Isaac and Jace have been tremendous through this process. The house has been extremely high quality, and we haven’t had any problems with the house itself at all. For those couple of small issues we had in the early stages (mostly with appliances/manufacturers), the team of Isaac and Jace went above and beyond to resolve them for us, and all were resolved within our first month of living here. Grateful for the Beazer team!

The entire buying process was great. Sean our builder was very helpful through the entire process and incredibly easy to work with. I have never experienced a higher level of customer service than what I did with Sean.

Our decision to buy took a few months and each of the few times we came over, Becky was helpful and informative. We did not feel pressured but educated.

The Beazer Family made this such an easy and fun experience for us. From the first day walking into the sales office to the last day of signing closing paperwork it was the best.
