The Beazer team at Somerset was AMAZING! From Megan and Abby in the office, to Brandon in the building process, and Justin in customer service; They all went above and beyond. From sending pictures as the house was built, to making any imperfections perfect, I felt included and informed throughout the entire process. Even after we closed on the house this team has been there for us. They go out of their way to check on us and or help us with anything we need. I cannot thank them enough for all of their help! I am happy to call this place home!

My experience with Chris was amazing. He constantly kept me in the loop when one or two small concerns came up. He was immediately out to fix them or have his people do it very reliable when he said he would come over he was there answered all my questions and concerns we have been in the home about two months and again there have been some minor repairs that needed. He was all over it immediately.

Ken was amazing through the whole process! He made sure we knew and understood everything and answered our million questions along the way

From the start, the sales rep Chris was amazing at helping us build our dream home. Day or night, he was there for us with every question. David, the construction manager, went above and beyond throughout the building process and made sure everything was above our expectations and to our satisfaction with still occasionally checking up weeks after moving into our dream home. Out of every other builder out there, I knew Beazer Homes was the perfect one from the quality of the build, to friendly and supportive staff. The team at Beazer, Joel & Amber (Sales Reps), Brittany (Realtor), Kyle (Builder) and John (Warranty) provided an exceptional buying experience. They are all knowledgeable, professional, friendly and above all, honest. When it comes to warranty issues, Beazer continues to provide outstanding service well after the sale. Beazer offers homes that are visually pleasing with well thought-out designs. They're very well made with an almost excessive attention to detail. If you're looking for a home, I highly recommend Beazer.

Lynn in the sales office was a superstar from start to finish and the Construction Team were solid pro's with weekly updates. The custom build and product selection process for home upgrades went very smoothly, even with all our requested changes. Many thanks. PS...The after home team's support for minor fixes has been invaluable and a major plus for the after home purchase experience!

From the first time we walked into the model we were warmly greeted by David and shown around the model. The next day we came back to see Meri Beth and looked at the lots for sale. Both of them have been right there as we needed them. Picking out the interiors was very well done. We are very happy for our new home.

I am especially impressed by the professionalism, follow up, attention to detail, courtesy and overall excellence of properly and building management that Vincent and Bob bring to our community. I felt at home immediately!

Vincent was extremely helpful when addressing some after move in plumbing and electrical issues.

The team at Crossroads at Southport went above and beyond to ensure every detail went as planned and answered any and all questions.

We are happy with our house, and since we started from the ground up it is exactly what we wanted. Hunter provided great communication (along with pics) as the home progressed and has been very helpful since closing getting little things taken care of. We received great customer service from everyone we've dealt with along the way.

My experience moving in has been extremely easy and worry free. The customer service here is impeccable. Especially Anna! Anything I need- she runs to us. 10 stars for her!! She is a star!

Easier than buying a car!

The buying experience was great. Construction stage was awesome. The selection of colors, stone, brick, tile and options at CRT Flooring was another story. We felt like the Shae at CRT Flooring was building her home with her colors vs what we wanted. I understand that they wanted certain times in case we backed out it wouldn’t be a bad color and stone selection but we were paying. Next is warranty. It’s been almost 2 months and things around the house have yet to be addressed. Missed paint touch up. A broken 1/4 round. If you look at our warrant claims you will see what was and wasn’t done. I am an afraid to submit another claim because it seems it will not get fixed. ... Más

We brought our new Beazer home in march 2025. We are extremely happy with the overall purchase process from our first visit to see the spec home to close. The entire team were very friendly and helpful. I want to especially thank Isaac especially for his expertise in guiding us make the proper decisions related to construction. He is always available with a smile to answer any questions. Also, Marvin for making the purchase process easier. And, Kyler for post closure maintenace support.

Stopped in to inquire about the new neighborhood and found out we could build from the ground up. I was excited so as promised hubby and returned to the sales office and started the process. Thought the build communication was on point. As promised we were kept updated on the progress from start to finish. The project manager was pleasant and professional. Anytime we found issues they were addressed. The sales person too was very pleasant, friendly and easy to talk to. Our experience throughout the whole process was easy and straightforward.
