We brought our new Beazer home in march 2025. We are extremely happy with the overall purchase process from our first visit to see the spec home to close. The entire team were very friendly and helpful. I want to especially thank Isaac especially for his expertise in guiding us make the proper decisions related to construction. He is always available with a smile to answer any questions. Also, Marvin for making the purchase process easier. And, Kyler for post closure maintenace support.

Stopped in to inquire about the new neighborhood and found out we could build from the ground up. I was excited so as promised hubby and returned to the sales office and started the process. Thought the build communication was on point. As promised we were kept updated on the progress from start to finish. The project manager was pleasant and professional. Anytime we found issues they were addressed. The sales person too was very pleasant, friendly and easy to talk to. Our experience throughout the whole process was easy and straightforward. we had a very pleasant homebuying experience with Beazer Homes. Our sales person Brad was amazing throughout the duration of the build timeline. Construction manager was Amazing - tentative, responsive, helpful. Even the warranty process has been issue free thus far. Thank you!

Ken was an extremely good salesman with keen detail toward client service. He provided great solutions and options based on our feedback. The folks at the design center help my wife work through an overwhelming array of options. They were attentive and helpful and provided a logical approach to review many options. There follow was also great with many questions we had after the meetings. Our construction manager gets 5 stars. Garrick attention to detail and follow up was superb. He is as personable as he is knowledgeable. Great reflection on Beazer.

My overall experience with purchasing my condo was great. Both Richard and Michelle helped the process be very smooth. Unfortunately, the quality and workmanship of the condo, I would rate as a 2. Since I moved in 1 month ago, the AC unit had to be repaired twice, the oven was missing parts, cracked cabinets had to be replaced, internal components of both bathroom showers had to be replaced. The sheetrock installation is very sloppy as well as the paint job. Currently the builder is not honoring any warranty claims due to legal action against them due to building defects. I love the complex and the configuration of the floor plan but I would not purchase another Beazer home due to the low standards of craftsmanship. My previous 2 other homes were David Weekly, and there is no comparison. ... Más

This was literally the most stress free experience I have ever had among the 3 homes that I have purchased in my life. The assistance that I have received before, during, and after the purchased was phenomenal. Beazer was a true blessing to my entire family and I. Thank you Kent, You were amazing.

Beazer was patient, responsive, and helpful from the initial identification of which home we wanted to purchase, to the end when we closed on the purchase. It was not an easy process on my side, but they stuck with me, and did everything to facilitate our purchase. I am very grateful. The home itself is an excellent build, with quality products and design throughout. And there's nothing better than being on the water. The staff was fantastic. Personable and helpful at all times. I really enjoyed working with them, and appreciated their support.

We had a great experience! Michael was very helpful in the buying process and did a lot to make sure we were happy with the deal we were getting. On the building and first month, Hunter went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the quality and outcome of our new home. These guys are top notch and will do whatever it takes to make your experience a good one!

My builder is super knowledgeable and has a lot of experience. He addressed my questions and concerns during the process and even after closing, making sure I was satisfied with everything. My sales agent has also been super helpful throughout the whole process. It's been great working with Beazer.

We love and trust Beazer Home, they provided detailed quality control and excellent services. We appreciate them excellent work quality, communication, work ethic, attention to detail, and timeline management.

The whole home purchasing process went well. Jody and Shawna were great at keeping us updated with the process and letting know how the house was coming along. Aldo, the home warranty contact has been great at going over the walk through and handling any issues that have come up.

Cynthia and Shawn were a fabulous on site support team - we purchased our Cambridge MD home while living a ross country in California And they both made it very easy.

Entire staff from the day I started searching through picking up keys and post move in has been an awesome experience! They have all made themselves available to assist me with all my needs. As a first time home buyer, I hope everyone can experiences the same level of satisfaction!

We recently purchased our Villa at Waverly. Overall, the experience was excellent. Monique, our sales person communicated very well and timely. Ryan, our builder also did a great job with communication and follow through. Mike with Beazer warranty was also very good to work with. We love our new home. One issue that we did have with the concrete pour on our front porch. It was very poor. We had to have special work done to cover all of the defects in the concrete. We have also noted in walking through the neighborhood there are many concrete issues with cracks and separations.
