The overall experience was exceptionally rewarding watching our house being built from the ground up. Craig did a great job throughout the buying process. And our construction manager Bethany, was courteous, helpful, and professional. She went above and beyond to make sure we get the house we paid for.

My experience was positive and would recommend. Competitive pricing, good value, and the Beazer team was responsive throughout the process.

Had an awesome experience with Garrick. He was super helpful and transparent throughout the whole builder process. Even after closing Garrick and Brittany have both reached out and confirmed all appointments and making sure we have everything done.

Experience was easy and is going well with the exception of no cable pulled through the blue hose in the primary bedroom internet and cable closet. That has been a loan in the butt!!

It’s rare these days to see such commitment to both schedule and communication, and I genuinely appreciate how seamless that made everything. Now that we’ve moved it, they continue to be available for support. It’s so nice to work with Humberto for the house. He explains well and tries to assist us as much as he can. Buying my new home with Beazer Homes was a great experience from start to finish. Vincent A. and his team made the whole process way easier than I expected. From picking out my home to finally getting the keys, everything moved along smoothly and I always felt like I knew what was happening. The quality of the home is solid, and you can tell they really care about the details. It feels like a great value for what I paid, and I’m proud to call it mine. Vincent and the crew were awesome to work with — they kept their promises, stayed on schedule, and always got back to me quickly whenever I had a question. You can tell they actually care about their customers and their work. If you’re thinking about buying a home with Beazer, I’d definitely recommend them. I have had a fantastic experience with Beazer through the sales process, warranty process and overall satisfaction of my house. The quality of the house is exceptional with energy efficiencies that you don't see in many other builders. They take care of you during the warranty process as well. Any issue that I have had that is covered under their warranty is immediately addressed and taken seriously. This level of care is something that I haven't even received from Landlords. I would highly recommend Beazer to others to build your next house.

From the purchase process through the closing of the that home everyone was very friendly and helpful. Courtney was a pleasure to deal with for the purchase of our home. She explained the different models and Floorplan and the financing. John and Abraham we very easy to deal with as to the different phases of construction and the time period. I had many questions and watched the building of the home since we lived very close by. So far we are very pleased with our new home. I would recommend Beazer to other buyers.

This has been such a wonderful experience all around. The staff in the office at the sales office were beyond helpful. And the men, both Tony and Dave immediately addressed each of my concerns before and after closing. All the workmen who came to fix or touch up were very knowledgeable and informative. Way to go BEAZER!!!
