It was an incredible experience to purchase a home through Beazer. Tracey, Jason, Leslie, Mike, and Jeremy were incredibly knowledgeable and always ready to assist from every angle. I would highly recommend this team and give them a perfect 10 stars for the exceptional care and attention they provided throughout my home purchase process. As a builder, Beazer should seriously consider revising their HVAC design for all homes, as heating is a pressing concern that needs immediate attention. Apart from that, everything was fantastic! Buying a home with Beazer was truly the best. The team communicated with us promptly, effectively, and always tried their best to help us usually fulfilling our needs. Although there were delays we got our home in the timeframe we expected and since then we have had no problems. Definitely exceeded our expectations.

We recently purchased our Beazer home and Shannon and Jyoti who was working there at the sales office did an outstanding job in helping us with our purchase of our Beazer home and the experience was fantastic! Shannon was incredibly helpful and knew everything about the construction of the homes and explained every aspects clearly such as how Beazer homes go above and beyond and are built above the standard homes. The application process was all digital and Jyoti helped us with it making the process go very smoothly. They were incredibly helpful and professional throughout the process, making everything smooth and stress-free. The house is in a wonderful location, close to a huge 9 acre amazing Oasis Park which is perfect for kids. The neighborhood is beautiful, with a peaceful atmosphere that makes it a joy to come home to every day. We couldn't be happier with our new home and highly recommend Beazer homes. Buying my first home was something I’d looked forward to for a long time, and the experience truly exceeded my expectations. We were super happy with our experience especially with Josh. He did a fantastic job always being available for us to walk the models as well as any questions we had. He was very professional and seemed to always have our best interest in mind which made it our first home buying experience was with a company we could trust. We are overall really happy with the build quality of our home and have had little to complain about.

We recently moved into our new house in Mt Juliet and are thrilled with how beautiful it turned out! Beazer assembled a fantastic team that made the experience superb. Hayley (Sales), Damien and Chris (Const. Mgrs.), Nikki (Design), and Mike (Cust. Care) far exceeded our expectations. We were a little wary at first in navigating a new build in TN from our home in CT, but everyone involved kept us extremely well-informed and provided highly detailed updates throughout the entire process. They instilled in us a complete sense of confidence and trust. The construction crew are craftsmen who take pride in their work. We bought our first house in USA with Beazer homes and their quality of construction is outstanding along with customer service. I had multiple sessions with their team and everytime they explain each and every process that a home buyer should know. Starting from sales person Antar, construction manager Jodi, Lee and warranty team Pierre were wonderful and amazing to work with them. I'm happy that we choose Beazer homes and glad I had Jodi on my back who is wonderful person to work with.
