It’s no lie that there is no perfect experience buying a home; from issues securing a loan to some minor details with the construction. However, every individual I worked with was devoted to turn those matter into positive experiences; they always communicated and acted in a timely manner.

Just moved into our new Beazer home and everyone did an excellent job walking us through everything and working with us to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Collin helped us select the right home with the options we wanted. Tony walked us through everything with the home and is always available for our questions/concerns. Overall the whole experience was made much easier with the Beazer team.

Everyone I dealt with was professional. Knowledgeable what they do. Very professional and friendly. I recommend to anyone.

My wife and I had a fabulous experience buying from Beazer. We adore our new community! The house buying process, as this was our first home, was intimidating but it was made simple and FUN with the team at Rosa. Our new home is stunning and we are very happy.

The entire process of buying the house went smoothly. Brandon, our builder did such a great job. He went over everything with us throughly and truly made sure we had a great experience. We would highly recommend Brandon and his builder team. Even though the process is over, I can continue to reach out to him with any of my needs and can count on him to get back to me quickly! Our experience with Beazer home is very good. They are prompt and work efficiently. But unfortunately our experience with the plumbing company that they have and the HVAC company was poor. HVAC company people did not know very well what they were doing and same goes for plumbing company. Plumbing company committed to come in and do a job a week in advance, so we planned our work accordingly to be at home. But at the last moment they called to reschedule. So value for our time is very less from HVAC and plumbing company. Would be better if a different plumbing company and HVAC company is used. Talking to several of our neighbors and all have had issues with plumbing company and HVAC company. Beazer home and their Construction manager, Warranty managers have done everything possible to make things right and they do a very good job. So the 5 stars is strictly for them. Suzy, the sales agent, at The Gatherings was an enthusiastic advocate for this property from the very beginning. The whole team, from sales to title to warranty, are top-notch and competent. The condo is very attractive and energy efficient. Perfect place for grandparents to land to be closer to family.

Lynn was a delight, as she methodically helped us work through the buying and building of our new home. Nicole was great at the Design Studio. Jim kept us closely updated, with weekly progress reports, which included pictures during the building stage, answering of our questions, and addressing concerns that we may have had.

The home buying experience was seamless and hassle free. My new home sales consultants, Cindi and Jed, were always available and quick to provide any information I needed. After closing, my warranty representative, Aldo, has been excellent in addressing any issues and ensuring that repairs are scheduled promptly. To be honest, I never heard of Beazer before but as soon as I walked into the model home I’ve been in love. The quality of the homes is top notch and the customer service is even better. Matt (Construction Manager) answered all my questions and is still available for my many questions months after moving in.

Buying a new home with beazer is a great experience. They put great value on their new home constructions to make them competetive and well respected. It's ok to be nervous but they will guide you and are willing to help anytime before and most especially after you buy the house. You can easily contact their call center for any issues or questions. Also, the most helpful as a new homeowner is the personal care/assistance they have on site which is valuable that makes them Trustworthy. It makes a huge difference when you can easily ask for their help for anything and will surely guide you as you navigate through the new house. Kudos to Carson B, Josh, Joseph K. and Vonnie B for easy transition and help all the time and even after more than a month they are here to help the homeowners. Where can I start with this review? I have so many things good to say about Beazer homes in Goodland since day one when I came into the sales office the sales guy treated me very nice. He showed me a few model homes and never rushed me to make a decision. From there everything was on schedule every single step of the process. They assigned me my project manager or builder and she was very very nice we had a few moments where she probably wanted to kill me lol, because I asked so many questions but at the end she gave me the trust that I needed it for me to give her my 100% trust on the build. She was on time with making appointments keeping me up in the loop giving me weekly reports of how everything was going and if something got delayed due to weather conditions but always kept me informed. At the end they finished my house ahead of schedule which I was very pleased. After that, minor things came up but she addressed them and we continue communicating if I have some issues but so far nothing. Also they assigned you a person that is in charge of any issues of the build with a 1 yr warranty that they give you of point of contact. I’m also very happy with Beazer because they have different lenders that they let you pick for your business and allows you to pick the best deal for you. Overall this is my second build and Beazer process is very smoother compared to others. From the sales,design center, builder and lender. I'm very very happy and thankful with Beazer I been in my house for 4 months and very happy with it. I’d made probably 4 mistakes in the design center that I would’ve ask better for my house to be 100% of my satisfaction. But that’s on me and I will fixed them on my dime and time. So make sure you design your home very carefully and ask all the questions you need to. Again THANK YOU BEAZER for building my beautiful home and thanks to everyone that was involved with the process I can’t say names due to privacy policies but thank y’all. Very very pleased.
