It was my first time buying a home. I was expecting it to be stressful like I’ve heard. The team at Beazer made it seamless. They updated me through the process. I was able to stop and see the progress.

My home buying experience was very good with Beazer homes. I had a few challenges with my personal things that I needed to fix prior to purchasing my home. Although I had challenges the Beazer team kept me informed 100% of the way. Heather from Loan Depot was excellent at making sure to keep me updated with any changes or additional information that I needed. She was very caring, professional and hardworking. I have never seen anyone work as hard with dedication like she has. In the future if I decide to get another home loan I will definitely go through Home Depot again and refer friends and family. Mike from home sales was a joy to work with and always positive for me throughout my home buying experience. Mike always made sure to go the extra mile when it came to getting the best deal for me. Corbin the homebuilder manager always kept the building process moving forward with weekly updates about my home. Corbin always made sure to answer any questions that I had with details. The experience was wonderful. The builders walked you through a step by step process on the home each week. They would call every Monday to provide updates with the house progression. Anything I needed completed, they were there to do. I am a very detailed person and I liked that they were as well. The heating a cooling system that was designed is amazing. This has allowed the air flow to stay great while also keeping my electric bill way down.

My uncle is my realtor and he told me about the Beazer home in Litchfield Parks. He believed in their customer service and the quality of the homes they build. So much so we were the 5th or 6th buyer he had brought to the community. From the get go Amber was AWESOME and then we got to meet D who ran the site and he was also equally great. I am so glad we went with Beazer and I’m blessed to have worked with Amber and D.

The entire process, from the first time we called to schedule a viewing to closing and getting the keys was a breeze. Cynthia in the office and Shawn the construction manager were always easy to reach, helpful, friendly, while professional, and very knowledgeable. Cynthia answered all of our questions, and Shawn took care of everything we asked for without hesitation. From our first meeting with Cynthia to closing was right around 45 days and each step went smoothly with no hiccups. Finally the quality of construction, finish, and appliances is excellent, we couldn’t be happier.

I had the best experience working with Brad, Kathryn and Crystle from the beginning to end. Always friendly and upbeat. This was my first experience building a home through a track builder. However, I do consider Beazer a semi-custom builder as they do offer upgraded options. I've built two other homes thru private builders, so I have knowledge of what to expect. I did my homework researching different builders, their workmanship along with the many people I'd be working with during the process. Kathryn was my building manager agent and she took all the stresses of building off my shoulders so I could focus on the other moving parts to make for a smooth closing. And smooth it was! Communication during the process is needed for this to happen. I never once felt it slipped. Actually Kathryn at times was fussier than me because nothing is perfect . From day one, Cynthia was there, guiding me through every step of the home buying process. Anytime I had a question, she was quick to respond, and if she didn't have the answer, she'd find someone who did. After I closed, Shawn, the construction manager, was on top of everything, making sure any issues were fixed right away. The support from both Cynthia and Shawn was fantastic, and I’m really happy with how everything turned out.

We had a very unique and difficult experience selling our previous house and, without going into detail, I will say that Beazer went above and beyond to help me get into our Beazer home. We've used four different home builders in the past and I've also acted as my own general contractor on 4 other homes, and Beazer's construction methods are superior to other production builders we have used.

Our whole experience with Beazer Homes was AMAZING! We visited multiple communities but we felt at ease once we toured with our sales representative Nadia. She was very patient with us and took the time to show us different homes in different communities and ensured we got the best deal. Once we decided on a home and went through the lender process, we were introduce to our construction manager Josh. Since this was our first build we needed extra guidance through the process. Josh was extremely efficient and kept us informed throughout the whole process. We can’t thank him enough for his patience and knowledge. Even after closing on our home, he is checking in on us and answering any questions we have. He has gone above and beyond any expectations. There’s a lot of moving pieces in a new build and we appreciate Beazer Homes for having a lender choice program where we were introduced to our lender representative Jonathan, who also took his time to keep us informed and provided guidance throughout this process. Hunter did an excellent job with keeping us updated on our building progress. Hunter was very flexible with us although we were on two different time zones, with virtual meetings, and sending out progress photos. Chrissy was always there to answer any questions that we had. From beginning to end thank you so much Chrissy, Leslie, Erica, and Hunter you guys are an amazing team!

Sales staff was informative throughout the home buying process. Our second construction manager did a great walkthrough of the home and addressed all our concerns with professionalism and respect.

The whole buying experience was amazing and always super easy to get any of our concerns answered, Joel was very helpful and went above and beyond truly was what made this process easy.

We have really enjoyed our home. Biggest plus has been the AC, how it has numerous return vents that do a great job circulating the air. That, combined with a great filter, has helped all of us with our allergies. Keeps the house really comfortable too! As for buying process, people should understand that the incentives, as least as of the standard Beazer contract in June 2024, are only good for closing costs and rate buydowns.

Michael and Corbin go above and beyond. Attention to detail, open communication, great listeners and flexible. Whatever it takes to make things and the magic happen. Corbin even helped us out on a Saturday and Sunday when we needed.
