My entire experience buying a Beazer home has been exceptional. The sales representatives, Cindy and Mike, the builder, Jamie, and my customer care representative, David, have all been outstanding. Everyone, at each juncture of the buying and moving in process, has responded quickly, fully, and transparently to my questions and concerns. I trust that if an issue arises, it will be dealt with in a timely fashion. I feel lucky to have had such a stress-free experience!

Great people with a great customer service I wanna tank Shannon and Jauty for all the help that you guys have done for me during my Home purchase process. I really like my new home. Good quality great location. I want tank Keisha and Nathan very helpful people all of them is still they help me when I need them. I am very happy. I end up with a great people. There is more people to think that I forgot their name. Sorry about that.

Cindy was very knowledgeable and informative regarding the construction and energy efficiency of the Beazer constructed homes in Sunset Landing. (It was information overload in a good way. Helped us make the decision to buy a home in this community.)

The team at Poppy Meadows was wonderful to work with. Shannon and Jyoti were always available to answer questions and got back to us promptly when we had questions or concerns. Mike provided a thorough walk through our home and was easy to talk to. He was very knowledgeable and explained things clearly and concisely. He addressed all the concerns that we had during all phase of the build. As stated in the title, we feel that we have a beautiful home. However, I am a bit disappointed with the cabinet vendor. Due to my expectations of Beazer, and the quality I saw with the model home, cabinets was not something I thought could go wrong. However, there were problems with cabinetry from the start. And even when the problems were addressed, I felt there was no care or attention to detail in installation. My drawers are still misaligned and spacing is a problem. Drawers are off centered, and something just feels off/does not look very nice with the cabinets. I was sold on an upgraded product, and I feel that I would have done better by sticking with standard cabinets. Especially since I upgraded my cabinets, I expected more. The cabinets do not match my expectations of this home and the Beazer quality. This does not reflect anything on the Poppy Meadows team as they did seem to try their best to listen to my concerns. ... Más

The townhome is beautiful, well-designed, and high quality. We’re very happy with our decision and would definitely recommend Beazer Homes to other buyers.

Our builder Cory really changed our perspective on our home buying experience. He was very communicative and gave us weekly updates. He was also transparent and always made us feel that he had our best interest in mind. Cory is personable and works hard to ensure the homeowners feel heard and happy and that a quality home is built.
