We are enjoying our new home! There are quirks to new construction that we are familiar with, having purchased and lived in new construction before. Any issues have been resolved quickly, without any pushback, which we are eternally grateful for. We fall more and more in love with this house every day.

Beazer made such a beautiful home, and Donnie gave me such a great walk through that I feel confident this is the best built home in Texas. My favorite part is it’s an ecological and economical investment, built so my home won’t constantly have the ac/heater running so my bill won’t be sky high! I have definitely tried to recruit a few friends to be my neighbors we love it that much

I’ve purchased several different homes over the years and each experience has had their pros and cons. However my purchase of Beazer home at HarborView has been exceptional from start to finish. The staff (Brad and Brandon) has been extremely helpful and supportive though the entire process! Hence the title “Best home purchase experience ever”!

I just want to say that working with Angela with the purchase of our house was great. She was able to go above and beyond for us. Buying a house was a huge blessing to my family. After we moved in we have nothing but kind words to say about Vito. He is very helpful and gets the job done. Theresa was very nice to us from day one of showing us arpund the model home.,she gave a very warm.welcome and expalined everything to us regardung all the model houses which made everything so easy for us to choose our new home which we love so dearly.She walked with us the whole jprocess untile.we managed to close on our home,even affter closes on the home.she still checks on us..We appreciate you Theresa and thank you so much for picking up all.our calls even on odd hours

I have a great home and community here in the Rosa in Las Vegas I'm a first time home buyer so I was very green, but with Bezer personnel I had all the support I needed.

From choosing the lot and options for our home with John, to getting the weekly updates from Cary as the build progressed, we always felt like they were as invested as we were in the home. We moved from another state, so having the weekly communication was important. Cary was very transparent at all times. We've been in our new home for a little over a month and any minor issues that have come up so far, have been taken care of promptly and to our satisfaction. What impressed us most was that the build was completed very close to the estimated date. That made everything so much easier

We had a great experience in purchasing our home and with the help of KC and Corbin we were able to address all our building concerns with ease. Michael was friendly and helped during the whole purchasing process as well.

I have had a great experience with Beazer Homes. They went out of their way to make sure everything was completed to my satisfaction prior to closing. Cynthia and Ryan are amazing and have even come back after closing to make sure everything was ok. They go above and beyond to make things right. It's refreshing to know there are still companies that care about their customers.

Abigail and Abe helped us so much during the buying and contract phases. Nathan at the design center was so knowledgeable and helped us make our home truly ours. Finally there aren’t enough good things I can say about Greg, he was amazing throughout all the phases of our home being built and kept up a great line of communication.
