I have a great home and community here in the Rosa in Las Vegas I'm a first time home buyer so I was very green, but with Bezer personnel I had all the support I needed.

From choosing the lot and options for our home with John, to getting the weekly updates from Cary as the build progressed, we always felt like they were as invested as we were in the home. We moved from another state, so having the weekly communication was important. Cary was very transparent at all times. We've been in our new home for a little over a month and any minor issues that have come up so far, have been taken care of promptly and to our satisfaction. What impressed us most was that the build was completed very close to the estimated date. That made everything so much easier

We had a great experience in purchasing our home and with the help of KC and Corbin we were able to address all our building concerns with ease. Michael was friendly and helped during the whole purchasing process as well.

I have had a great experience with Beazer Homes. They went out of their way to make sure everything was completed to my satisfaction prior to closing. Cynthia and Ryan are amazing and have even come back after closing to make sure everything was ok. They go above and beyond to make things right. It's refreshing to know there are still companies that care about their customers.

We love our home and had wonderful support throughout the building process. After moving in, the warranty support was absolutely awesome. The Beazor team was always helpful, responsive, and supportive. Fantastic experience and I recommend them highly!

Abigail and Abe helped us so much during the buying and contract phases. Nathan at the design center was so knowledgeable and helped us make our home truly ours. Finally there aren’t enough good things I can say about Greg, he was amazing throughout all the phases of our home being built and kept up a great line of communication.

I normally steer clear of sales folks, and don't engage much. The less I share the better has always been my motto. But my wife and I moved to the Mavera neighborhood after Chrissy sold us on a Beazer home. She was great, not aggressive but rather curious and met us where we were in our process. We spent multiple weeks looking at other builders in the area and Beazer was not on our list at all. After seeing the build quality, features of the home and energy savings, we were convinced.

Corbin was our construction manager and he made the whole process run smooth and enjoyable. We had many problems during the building process -- almost all of them related to personal issues. For instance, my father fell and broke his hip and we needed to make the home appropriate for a disabled person later in the process. Corbin helped us with these problems. In fact, the only thing we ever heard from Corbin was "no problem, we can fix that." He was great, and we truly appreciate his knowledge and expertise. Overall we have had a great experience building with Beazer! From the start, the sales associates weren’t pushy (unlike another builder we met with). We were provided with weekly email updates on the progress and had an open line of communication with Justin and our builder, Chris. They stuck to their timeline and actually moved our closing up to get us in before the holidays, which was great. We had an independent inspection and everything checked out well. We have only had a couple cosmetic issues that have been taken care of by Chris and through the warranty system. We would build with Beazer again in the future! ... Más

Had an excellent experience buying with Beazer. There were some issues that were a concern to us but the Beazer team addressed them and made the move in process as seamless as they could.

Throughout the build process, Christian always kept me informed of progress through messages and photos. He always took time to address my questions and concerns I came across on my own walk throughs and during those scheduled. Christians knowledge and professionalism were comforting qualities.
