Nathan was great help during the whole building process. He answered all the questions we had during the construction phase and after we moved in. He took care of all the issues during walk through and after move in. Beazer Home customer service is quick and reliable and take cares of all the warranty issues quickly.

I was looking for a house In Henderson NV after my daughter was admitted to Touro Medical school. After looking at more than 20 homes my agent suggested the new Beazer Homes. It took me 5 minutes to decide to buy the 3 levels beautiful townhouse. Colleen in the sales office was extremely helpful and provided detailed info anytime I had a question. She recommended a great mortgage company and sent regular progress photos as the house was being built. I was extremely happy with the process and the home itself which made me decide to buy another one!!! The construction is very well done and the house had great upgrades. We purchased our second Beazer home and had yet another amazing experience, from start to finish. Ben, our sales representative, is knowledgeable and helped us feel at ease about our purchase. We kept in touch with him throughout the process and he answered any questions we had. Jake, our construction manager, provided us with weekly updates and fixed any issues we discovered. Overall, amazing experience and a great team.

This house has amazing details and the high ceiling give the best view of the house! The design is really well planed! And everything is the right way to go!! IF (and only if) I’ll plan to buy another house I’ll get this same construction company!

Jody, who oversees construction was there every step of the way. I have built several homes over the years but I have never had such a stress free experience as I had with Beazer homes with Jody in charge. He truly has the customer’s interest at heart. And I would be remiss if I didn’t mention Mary Allen in the sales office who kept me informed on the progress of construction and the myriad details involved in the closing process, and all the while with a smile on her face! Needless to say I was very impressed and extremely pleased with the entire experience.

We love our Beazer home in Surfside plantation! The easy process of picking our finishes with John and the weekly updates from Brandon right thru the walk thru was a very pleasant experience. Brandon and Rudy met with us after the closing and went over all the warranty procedures and made us feel confident in our decision to by from Beazer homes.

My experience with Beazer Homes was nothing short of amazing! Shawn and Antar are very professional and responsive. All of my questions were answered, and any concerns I had along the way were addressed quickly and effectively. The entire process was extremely smooth and I love my home.

I stopped by almost every week of the build process and I asked a million questions since it was my first house. Everyone was great! Mark helped with the final walkthrough and was very thorough. I love my new home and the customer service that I received throughout this process!

Our Beazer experience began in September 2022 when we met Curtis. Curtis was extraordinary in assisting us. We started our home buying journey by simply making a commitment to begin looking with NO expectations of actually buying. Curtis spent time with us inquiring about our needs and then began to educate us about why Beazer is the most high quality home we could purchase. The most insight and helpful information was about the process of the layers of building and the quality of the products in the home. While we started our journey at Amira, no fault of Curtis or Beazer, that community was not a fit for us. HOWEVER, we were so impressed with Beazer as represented by Curtis, we found another location at Timber Hollow that was ALL Beazer homes and the community that was right for us. We loved Curtis(I truly feel like he has become a member of our family) so much that even though he was by then moved to another community we insisted that Curtis remain our rep. Thorough NO ONE's fault, our purchase was delayed due to water issues in our chosen community. HOWEVER, the delay was a blessing. We SHOPPED at many, many communities and with many many builders and simply were unable to purchase elsewhere due the the excellent education Curtis provided us about the Beazer home. NO ONE compared in quality! So, March 2023, we were finally able to sign our contract and begin the journey of building our Beazer home. Leslie was our rep at the Design Center and boy did we have a blast making all of our selections. Leslie was incredible! She was fun and asked all the right questions and made double, triple sure that we were confirmed in our choices. I appreciated having two meetings to allow us to sleep on our choices. She was professional AND made experience a fun one. Lee - Beazer is LUCKY to have this guy as a project manager. Lee is EXTREMELY aware of meeting the needs of the buyers. He is professional, efficient and an incredible hardworker. All communications with Lee were timely and he stood by everything he promised and was honest if he could not deliver expectations that were beyond the scope of the project. And he delivered ON TIME. We closed on our projected closing date that was given to us at the time we signed the contract. Beyond his professionalism, hard work ethic, and efficiency he is simply a fun guy to be around. We loved each Beazer professional we worked with an upon completion and closing of our home, and after our move in we invited them all to a celebration in our home to say thank you. While we are aware they are paid professionals, we also know that financial compensation is not always what it should be we were hopeful that our gratitude for what they did and how they did it was appreciated was know. I can promise that any loss of any one of these individuals is a huge loss for Beazer as we are of the opinion that none of the professionals: Curtis, Leslie or Lee can be replaced. Anyone of any other opinion of these individuals my need to look to themselves and who they are being, if they are not experience these individuals. The buying process was seamless, easy to understand from contract, design options, periodic reviews, final inspection till final closing. New Home center takes care of customer requests post move-in diligently. I am having issues being worked upon currently but frequency of finding issues in component/workmanship were limited from my previous new construction home. Overall, I am a happy customer

Travis was a fantasic representative of the company! I would be happy to work with him again for another build.
