Beazer homes set themselves apart from numerous builders I met with when I was deciding on building a house versus purchasing a resale.Beazer Homes offered a plethora of upgrade options to create your dream home based on your needs, style preferences and budget. This is where the other builders fell short for me. Other builders would not allow any style changes, I.e. cabinet color, carpet color or house color. I felt like with all the luxury upgrades available, in my opinion I was able to build a semi custom home for a reasonable price. In addition the level of service and communication provided by John in Sales and my Construction Manager Cary exceeded my expectations. We had a weekly touch base and I received feedback about the status of my project with next steps including pictures. No matter how many questions or concerns I had I never felt it was an issue. They encouraged me to call or text them any time I had questions. As with any project of this magnitude we had a few hiccups to resolve. I wanted to share the Beazer home that we purchased recently is such a Knitch above the rest of the builders and the efficiency of the home is amazing.

We approached the home building experience with a level of healthy skepticism. We had read things about others builders that made you think twice about the journey. However, I'm here to tell you, that having the RIGHT builder makes all the difference! We had ZERO issues from the beginning to end. It wasn't perfect. Along the way there were a few bumps, but every single time something needed to be addressed it was addressed. We were particularly impressed with the service and care we received from Greg. He became a friend to our family. His expertise and attention to detail is second to none. He is a big reason why the whole experience was so enjoyable. My Wife and I did not plan in buying a house in Little River we just wanted to rent. After three years of renting with a $750 rent increase we decided to buy. We came across the community of Sunset Landing just 3 miles away from where we were renting. We were impressed with the price and even more impressed with the sales person (Monika). We had a great experience talking with Monika and were really impressed with her knowledge. She is also very pleasant and represented Beazer well until she was let go for some reason. After our purchase, Monika introduced us to the project manager Jamie. Jamie just came on to work with Beazer. He is fantastic. Jamie was in touch with us several times a week to give up updates on our new home. He took videos to show us the progress. Our Beazer experience would not have been as positive if it were not for Jamie. We have a few minor fixes that need to be done under warranty but all in all building with Beazer has been a great experience. ... Más
