This isn't our first time buying a new home, but Phillip by far has been the most empathetic and responsive construction manager we've had the privilege of working with. He represents Beazer well, and has made the inevitable hiccups and post-move in issues easy to get through as we make this house our home.

Cynthia demonstrated exceptional service throughout the process, promptly addressing all my concerns and being kind and friendly.

After living vicariously through my good friend during her homebuilding process with Beazer in 2020-2021, when I was ready to buy my first home in 2022, I researched many builders and also decided to go with Beazer because of the great experience my friend had (and I saw the finished results first-hand!) plus everything you get for the price. Even though it's not technically a custom home, I feel like it is since I was able to choose so many options that make it unique to me inside and out. I was also building from afar (living in Seattle the entire year the house was constructed) but never felt I was being cheated or out of the loop. I flew down three times during that year - at the very beginning to choose my lot, a couple of months later for the design appointment and finally the pre-drywall appointment about four months before the house was complete. The rest of the time, I received weekly (sometimes more often!) updates and a LOT of text messaged photos of the progress. Mark, Janine, Benito and Shawn responded to every question and guided me through every single step. I had no issues at all with not being nearby. The one or two delays (cabinets and tile, if I remember correctly) didn't affect the timeline at all - they promised me it would take no more than 12 months and I closed three days shy of that! After closing, there were a few things that still needed to be taken care of and Shawn checked in almost every day those first couple of weeks to make sure things were handled properly. Moved into our new home on August 4. My wife and I had a great experience with the team of guys we were dealing with leading up to our closing. Brad, Mike and now Phil were nothing but professional and extremely courteous with s regardless how many times we bothered them with phone calls and texts. Having a home built in Myrtle Beach while living in New York could have led to major headaches and anxiety but Brad and Mike were able to alleviate those concerns.

We are so happy with the way our new home turned out. Greg was the best GC and stayed in communication with us every step of the way. The quality Beazer provided was unlike any other new builds in the area we looked into. 10/10 recommend.

Communication is key and Tiffany and Chris definitely set the bar for top tier communication during the building process. They both are absolutely amazing and very pleased with the process! The home interior is beautiful!

Our several experience was great. Our Beazer rep Gabriel was new but if he didn't know something he found out for us. And the CM for our property Lee is amazing. He is super helpful and responsive. He always get done what he says he is going to do. We are in a high end energy efficient neighborhood my understanding is it is the first of its kind with Beazer and they really knocked it out of the park. We look forward to living here for a long time.

I was in need for a move in ready home, I knew a townhome was what I wanted, needed to downsize. Saw duets in Townlake & compared to other builders Beazer offered more/checked off more of my boxes. The customer service from my initial walk in the model home was what set Beazer apart immediately. Tiffany was busy with a customer but made me feel seen, she acknowledged me right away & checked in ensuring she would be right with me. The communication throughout the process was timely & working with the builder (Josh) was a very good experience as well. He was very attentive & followed up quickly on all my questions, after closing he still remained available to assist as applicable. I can go on… but instead I’ll summarize by saying the service was the deciding factor for me. Beazer needs to better select sub-contractors. Too much sloppy work that needed to be corrected. Should have been addressed AND NOT TOLERATED by management in real time

The Beazer team I was working with had amazing communication with me through the entire process. Truly went out of their way to make sure I was accommodated. We worked with Angela Yarbrough. She was very responsive on all our queries. The community is very nice and quiet. So far we love our stay here. I will not hesitate to recommend this community.
