I was told building a house was going to be extraordinarily stressful and frustrating. Dan and Nicole made sure that was not the case at all. I was looped-in regularly, got good, honest status updates, and any issues we had were resolved very quickly. My agent and inspector could not believe how straightforward the process was. We love our home and are settling in nicely!

The builder Dan keep me informed weekly about all the build steps of my home also Chris was a lot of help in the design center overall the Beazer team was great!

From the first time we walked into the model we were warmly greeted by David and shown around the model. The next day we came back to see Meri Beth and looked at the lots for sale. Both of them have been right there as we needed them. Picking out the interiors was very well done. We are very happy for our new home.

Stopped in to inquire about the new neighborhood and found out we could build from the ground up. I was excited so as promised hubby and returned to the sales office and started the process. Thought the build communication was on point. As promised we were kept updated on the progress from start to finish. The project manager was pleasant and professional. Anytime we found issues they were addressed. The sales person too was very pleasant, friendly and easy to talk to. Our experience throughout the whole process was easy and straightforward. I have had a fantastic experience with Beazer through the sales process, warranty process and overall satisfaction of my house. The quality of the house is exceptional with energy efficiencies that you don't see in many other builders. They take care of you during the warranty process as well. Any issue that I have had that is covered under their warranty is immediately addressed and taken seriously. This level of care is something that I haven't even received from Landlords. I would highly recommend Beazer to others to build your next house.

We had been looking for an area to retire to for two years. And during our two-year search we talked to and looked at several home builders between the Myrtle Beach and Summerville area. We wanted to live in a community that had bike and walking trails. And that lots that either backed up to tree line or a pond. We looked at Beazer homes in other areas and liked their product. So, once we decided to make Summerville, SC our new home. Beaver Homes was at the top of our list for home builders to look at in the area. We still did our due diligence and met with the other home builders in the area. However, we still thought Beazer Homes had the best quality product. So, we selected Beazer Homes to build our home here in Summerville, SC. From our very first meeting with Michael (Beazer’s Sales Associate) he was detailed and explained Beazer Homes product and their home buying process. They made the buying process very easy and straight forward. They also treated us like we were part of their extended family. So, it’s not about just building houses for them. It’s much more, it’s about making you feel like you are part of their Beazer Home family. And we loved that about them. When my husband and I decided on a Beazer Home , we decided to take a tour once we arrived at Jasmine point we were greeted by a very friendly, well informed funny sales rep Michael who throughout the process have become more than just a sales rep our contractor Dan was always on top of our weekly update always answered all her questions made sure that everything was done in a timely fashion.
