We were heading to Lebanon to look at homes and we see an open house sign for Windtree, so we decided to stop. We initially were looking at townhouses and Shea showed us the townhouses we were interested in and told us all about the development amenities. We liked the location and style of Beazer homes. Things didn’t work out with any of the townhouses but, Shea told us about homes that were available especially one with a great location and she took the time to send us several videos of the house and we ended up closing on it a couple months later.

We had a great experience building our home. The entire process was smooth from start to finish. Trey, Joe, and Cindy were all wonderful to work with and truly made everything easy for us. They were professional, responsive, and always kept us in the loop at every stage of the build. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed quickly, and we always felt informed and supported throughout the process. Building a home can be stressful, but they made it feel organized and manageable. We’re very happy with our new home and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to build.

Our experience with Beazer Homes from start to move-in was smooth and well organized. The process was clear, and the timeline was what was promised. The home feels well built and offers good value for the price. Any small issues were addressed quickly. Chris and Cindy were great to work with. They were responsive, helpful, and did what they said they would do. Overall, we’re happy with our new home and our decision to purchase a Beazer home.

We purchased the house in June and moved in early December. Since we were out of state, we relied on the expertise of the Beazer construction team to build us a beautiful home, and they certainly did! We have excellent build quality and great relations with Cynthia, the construction team manager. Mike has been awesome with customer care. We look forward to using the new pool, gym and clubhouse this summer.

The builder and sales agent have been wonderful throughout the process of buying and fixing issues. They are available post closing too for addressing any questions.

Bryce has been absolutely great. Any issue that you have Bryce is on top of it and contacts you to make sure it has been resolved. Bryce even comes and checks on the issue himself to make sure your satisfied.

Brett, Leslie and Luis are awesome and always there to help with anything, also very fast and professional with any concerns!! Best team and individual are ever worked with, in short they are awesome!!!

Great experience with the sales team especially with Robert. He was always available to answer any of our questions. Inspector Mike was great fixing all the issues before closing. Overall great experience.

Our builder, Chris, and our sales agent, Justin, truly went above and beyond before, during, and even after the build and purchase process to make sure everything was taken care of. Easy process, on time , perfect finish

We had a wonderful experience with Beazer Homes from start to finish. Everyone that was a part of helping us build our dream home was amazing. Hayley was so informative and very quick to answer any of our questions when picking and designing our home. Chris was absolutely fantastic and truly went above and beyond to make sure all of our concerns were addressed. Communication was clear, and we always felt heard and supported during the process. We are extremely happy with our home and would highly recommend Beazer to anyone looking to build.

Purchasing a home through Beazer has been a pleasure! Working with Robert and Travis between getting the contract complete and the construction complete has been smooth. We are very happy with the quality of the home, particularly with the insulation and how they build these homes. The staff is great to work with and we are loving our new home. We were super nervous to go with your typical spec home builders due to the many stories you tend to hear about them relating to poorly built homes, bad customer service, the list goes on. However, this cannot be said about Beazer. We have been impressed with Beazer from start to finish. We got to pick a ton of finishes/hardware/colors/etc. which definitely made things feel much more customized in our new home. Additionally, the team at Beazer was super communicative and responsive to any questions or concerns along the way on both the sales side and the builder side. Brice as a builder has been fantastic. We expected that once done, we would never hear from anyone again but the team is always checking in to make sure things are going well and answer any remaining questions we may have. We had an excellent experience building our first home with Beazer! Not only were we new to the building process but we are first time homeowners so we had A LOT of questions. Josh was an absolute pleasure from day one! He walked us through every step and was always available for anything we could possibly need! Even after we closed, he continued to check on us regularly to make sure everything was exactly as it should be. I am so grateful to Josh as well as everyone at Beazer for making our first home building experience so incredibly special!

I had a seamless buying experience with Beezer. After I purchased the home, I was able to talk about any issue to the general contractor weekly. Brice (General Contractor) and Robert (Sales Agent) always addressed any question or concern. I was able to move into my home seven weeks ago and couldn't;t be more pleased.

The experience from the start of construction to completion was excellent. Everything was transparent and smooth, and we felt they were trustworthy with no hassles throughout the process. The construction manager was responsive whenever we had questions and always provided effective solutions. I highly recommend the construction manager for any future projects.

The staff is fantastic and very responsive to questions. They're even better at anticipating them and making the process smooth. I'm happy with my purchase and would recommend the builder to anyone. I especially liked that they had house professionally deep cleaned day of closing. It was wonderful yo step into a spotless brand new house.

We purchased this home as a second home in TN so we could be closer to grandson. The experience from top to bottom could not have been better- even after close the attention to detail from Brice has been amazing. He always had our back and advocates for the buyer and what is fair. We look forward to seeing him everytime we are in town. Robert was Beazers rep from the purchase and planning side - we learned soooo much from him. I never felt like I was asking too many questions and his response times were impeccable.
