We have moved recently to our new home in Last November-2025. So far it has been a great experience from all groups from sales, builder and after sales warranty. Special shout out to Nathan and Ross for taking care of the building process and after warranty service.

Our whole process was seamless. Alexis and Kyle kept us informed every step of the way. They also coordinated with us given we were moving in from out of state. They even followed up after our move-in to ensure we settled in OK. They went above and beyond, and it gave us peace of mind.

Everything was phenomenal. In other new communities we felt like just a number. But not with Jill. Even when we found little small things that needed to be done I’ve seen Chase around and I mention them to him and it’s been taken care of or in the process of being taken care of. No complaints.

Keith and Kaylee were amazing throughout the process, and have zero complaints.

I will preface this by saying this is my 3rd new build in 5 years. From the moment we stepped in the model home is was so much better than my last two new builds. The buying process was seamless but what really made this experience standout was our builder Robert. He was thorough with explaining everything to us and concerns we had was addressed quickly and correctly. He treated us with respect and honestly felt like a family member. I would recommend working with Beazer and Robert to everyone. Great Job!

Less defect compared with other builders. Chris did a good job to build this house. He is very well on the communication and response quickly after the house done for some small fix. The house looks warm and beautiful

Our builder Cory really changed our perspective on our home buying experience. He was very communicative and gave us weekly updates. He was also transparent and always made us feel that he had our best interest in mind. Cory is personable and works hard to ensure the homeowners feel heard and happy and that a quality home is built.

He applied no pressure and kept us informed of important dates to look for to help us make our decision. Our new home PM Carson was also great. He notified us weekly of status updates, answered all of our questions, made simple modifications (adding another bush or replacing a tree type) with no questions asked.
