The entire team we worked with for our new home purchase were so friendly and professional. From working with our Sales Manager, Design Studio Counselor, Construction Manager, Warranty Manager, and to the loan officers with the preferred lenders, everyone was so helpful and responsive to make our home buying experience as smooth as possible. An extra shout out to our Construction and Warranty Manager who have been awesome to make sure all is well. As someone who is very detail oriented, our Construction Manager made us feel heard and was quick to respond and address any concerns we had. We've had a few bumps after getting settled into our home but both our Construction and Warranty Manager have been on top of checking in with us to make sure any issues we run into are taken care of. ... I recently purchased a home in Goodland from Beazer Homes and couldn't be happier with my experience Craig showed me the house and i fell in love with it instantly.
