Greetings! I'm so very happy and loving my New Beautiful Beazer Home, it was build for me and my family, all within a timely manner. I've had the opportunity to meet many people on the Beazer team, that are dedicated and wonderful people like Corbin and Ashley, they have been there for me every step of the way from beginning of the building process through each phase. Beazer Homes are the perfect home for families small or large who wants to live in a well built home. I'm so thankful to have Corbin and Ashley to provide their excellent expertise, knowledge, kindness and professionalism; the home building project requires people who are dedicated and experience, they have shown me the best of how a home should be built and the end results with perfection. I enjoyed watching my New Beazer Home being built from the foundation to the final Beazer "Butterfly Logo" showcase on the front of my home. I highly recommend purchasing a Beazer Home, ready-to-move-in, or a new built home. You will received Topnotch people starting with the New Home Counselor, Construction Manager, New Home Designer, New Warranty Counselor, and a host of Highly Skilled Contractors and Technicians who are devoted and dedicated to building Beazer Homes. The Beazer team, Jodi, Cindi, Jeremiah, and Von has been fantastic to work with. They have been responsive to work order needs and have delivered excellent service throughout the home buying experience. The Ash plan is perfect and I appreciate the attention to detail on the inside and outside of the home. The communication has been excellent amongst the team to get things done as quickly as possible. Easy to purchase, good value and many semi-custom options offered at reasonable prices. Flexible plans, savvy and kind agent, knowledgeable and caring superintendent took good care of all details. Walk through was pre-done by a great team many times to ensure no issues and easy warranty request handled with ease and a smile, all very timely. Would highly recommend.

My wife and I recently purchased a home through Beazer, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience from start to finish. When we first visited the neighborhood, we were immediately impressed by the community, but just as impressed by the sales agent, Katina. We visited late on a Sunday, right at closing time, yet Katina welcomed us warmly and gave us a very thorough tour. She took the time to highlight the build quality and craftsmanship, explained the community’s development plans in detail, and encouraged us to walk and visit during different times to see how we felt. Throughout the process, Katina’s communication was timely and consistent. She always followed through, even on small details mentioned in passing. Despite our frequent travel during this period, she kept us completely in the loop and meticulously walked us through design selections and plans line by line. Katina truly went above and beyond to make sure we were building our future with confidence. We also want to recognize Chris, our construction manager. He was full of joy and took pride in building and constructing the best house for us. During construction, he provided weekly updates and always made time to address our questions and concerns, no matter how small. He encouraged us to take photos and even suggested getting an independent inspections pre-drywall and prior to closing - a testament to his transparency, dedication, and confidence his his build quality. After completion, he went over every inspection item one by one, ensuring everything was addressed to our satisfaction. Even after move-in, Chris has continued to check in with us and provide support. As we’ve settled into our new home, Greg, the warranty director, has been equally wonderful. He reached out after our first month to ensure everything was going smoothly and encouraged us to report any issues, however minor. Greg is patient and thorough, helping us understand home maintenance tasks like filter changes and system care for the long term. He recommended recording videos for reference and has been available to us to answer questions and address issues. Overall, the entire Beazer team has been outstanding! Everyone has been responsive, transparent, and genuinely invested in our satisfaction. Recently, we were excited to report to our future neighbors that were visiting from another state how wonderful the team here is and what an amazing decision they made purchasing a home here. ... In the beginning, helping me find a house and help me go through the process of buying my first house, Harriet was my rock. Once I picked out my house, Tobi has been my new rock. While I have had very few problems, I know i can count on her to help me solve them. Such an amazing team!

This was the first time I ever built a home and while there are undoubtedly frustrations along the way, our experience was an overall success because of our construction manager, Josh. He was extremely professional, always followed-through on his word, and comports himself with the utmost integrity.

This is my family's 4th home and it's our best homebuying experience yet! And it's all thanks to Diana who made the process smooth from start to finish! She advocated for us in securing the property we wanted the most, she kept expectations and timelines clear, and communicated with us promptly. Diana, thank you so much! Our experience with the builder’s team was positive. They were professional, courteous, and willing to answer our questions. For the most part, they followed through on what they promised, and communication was timely. Any issues we raised were acknowledged and addressed within a reasonable timeframe. For potential home buyers, I would say that this builder delivers a reliable product and a generally good customer experience. As with any new build, it’s important to stay engaged, ask questions, and do walkthroughs carefully. Overall, we are satisfied with our decision and would recommend them to others considering a new home. We had a good experience with Vincent. We had an issue with our entydoor lock system. We contacted Vincent and he immediately came to help us. It's really great to have around!

The realtor, Megan and the construction manager, Brandon have been amazing. Mega really did a great job making sure everything went smoothly and worked extremely well with our realtor. Brandon is always there for us. He makes sure everything is done and is always willing to help. Kieran also has been very supportive

The Beazer staff far exceed expectations in many ways. Kathy was always available to answer questions and provide support. Mike made sure my home was built with quality, state of the art products and workmanship. Mike provided weekly updates and paved the way for my complete satisfaction with my home. The construction manager, Brady, caused me to be at ease during the construction process from beginning to end. He explained the floor plan and allowed me to ask questions during the construction. He communicated with me any updates, responded promptly to my text and calls, very respectful and respected time.

The Crossroads at Southport team is an exceptional team that goes above and beyond to make sure we as their customers are happy. I truly feel valued and appreciated when working with them. Between Sherri, Ed, and Terry I really feel the commitment that they put in their work. I would definitely go with Beazer again if I built another home, and I always feel very proud when someone asks who’s my builder. 10/10 great team, company, and builder. You can tell customer satisfaction and service is at the top of their list and apart of everything they do.
