We love working with Bloomfield. They made things so easy during the buying process and the home they built us has exceeded our expectations in quality. We love our new home! Also, any warranty issues that have come up Bloomfield and their partners have addressed in a timely manner to make sure they have been resolved and we are happy. 10/10 would recommend if you are looking to build a new home.

The entire Bloomfield team at Claremont did an amazing job. They all worked with us from the day we walked into the model to after we moved in. Great experience.

Overall it’s good experience

It is a pleasure to share my experience about Bloomfield Homes. I grew up in Indiana where I spent my entire life, until I moved to Texas for a job opportunity. I come from a large family and was the first to graduate from college and move from our hometown. My family could not believe I moved. After 3 years of living here in Texas, I decided to make it my home. I immediately started looking at areas I would like to either purchase or build a home. Finally. I had the opportunity to cross paths with Bloomfield Homes. Since April of 2022, I met a few incredible people that welcomed me, right in the beginning. Robin and the team were awesome! She made me feel right at home and if there was anything I wasn't sure about, she made me feel comfortable asking those questions. The team kept me updated on any changes or concerns. I truly felt like part of the Bloomfield family. As she handed me over to Terry, words cannot describe how comfortable he made me feel during the final stages of building my home. He was very quick to respond to my questions and when I got a little nervous he would eliminate any worries or concerns. I wish most people understand (like Bloomfield) that building a home is a partnership. It takes a village to accomplish and build your dream home. It shouldn't fall on one person or a set of individuals. Terry also made sure my home was move-in ready by Christmas. I continue to pinch myself and dry my tears of unbelief. Very nice experience, right on time , good quality, overall loving my first home.

We were looking for the perfect home in 2021 when we saw an amazing floor plan in an existing property. Our realtor found the builder and made an appointment. There we found that perfect home and were able to customize everything to our wants. All thanks to Bloomfield. The build was long due to Covid but seamless. The sales, construction and support staff have been top notch. There ever minute and answered all of our concerns. Quality at it's best!

Knowing it is a tough time to build a new house I am pleased with how smooth this transaction was and will be enjoying my new Bloomfield home for many years to come.

Doug was absolutely phenomenal. He guided us through every step of the way. He was very reassuring and he had the answers to all of our questions. We highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. We couldn't be happier. Doug is the best.
