I had a great experience purchasing my first home from Bloomfield. Doug is the GOAT. He made sure I knew about all change orders and there were no surprises when it was time to move in. From the signing of the agreement to the walk through and move in I am happy with it all. Not to mention but possible most important the home is not cheaply built. It is quality and beautiful. Almost feels like living in a luxury hotel.

I am so in love with my house. Each day I fall more in love with my floor plan. I built the Hawthorne II plan and I can’t say enough good things about it. My builder Chet is amazing, knowledgeable, quick in responding to questions and follow-up. I don’t know how he keeps up with everything, but he does. He’s exceptional. Francine and her office team are the best. I feel at home and I know I made the right choice building with Bloomfield. Star Ranch is beautiful and quiet just like I had imagined and prayed for. I’ve met some really nice people here. I thought this was my retirement home, but Bloomfield is building up the street “Coyote Crossing “ , those 1/2 ace and acre lots have me making future plans. I only recommend things if they’ve truly met or exceeded my expectations, I can truly say Bloomfield has done that. This was our first time building a new home and the transparency and customer service was outstanding. No notable problems.

Just be patient, and take a deep breath, in this market, it is taking a little longer, but rest assured that I have no complaints. I want to thank Jason our manager, Jason the builder, all those working behind the scenes to make things happen, to get our homes ready. Absolutely love my 3169 ft.² Dewberry. We’re enjoying our five bedroom, 3 1/2 bath, office, entertainment room. Enjoying the mature trees that were left in our lots in our area, absolutely fabulous. What a great idea it was to leave these trees, we have so much shade in the back. Make sure you study your floor plans and look over the upgrades. We love everything about our house and every upgrade that we chose, and it’s important to get and sit down with the person that will help you choose the colors and tile and flooring and listen to what they have to say. Very professional staff and very good workmanship quality overall. I can tell that the builder paid a lot of attention to details, at least on my house, which is a very decent and rare quality these days. Very happy with my purchase!

Great home buying experience overall

Brandon and Leroy were upfront and kept us informed thru the whole process. Answered all of our questions as quick as possible. I always saw the ads on TV and thought that it was all a gimmick. One day, my wife said we need to do something to get out of the apartment. So I called and the next thing I know we moved into our new home. We appreciate all the people involved and all that they did do help us get what we always dreamed of. Our new HOME! My wife. two sons and mother-in law couldn't be more happier.
