Great process. Easy from start to finish. Patrice Hopkins is amazing with updates and helping pick out designs and colors for the interior. Chuck Mathes made sure everything was up to standards and fixed everything right away. Couldn’t have asked for a better team to help me build our house.

Jeff Smith, Jeff Jinkins and Kimberly Jankowski were all such a pleasure to work with on our first time home buying experience. All 3 were attentive and in tune to making things go as smoothly as possible.

Even though my process was longer than usual. However, Jeff (manager) and builder (Matt) were extremely helpful , professional taking action promptly . This is my first home, and Im totally happy with Bloomfield Home

Bob was easy to work with and was always available if we had questions. Once our started being built, Chris Stone was an awesome on site Superintendent. He has been extremely helpful, even now that we’ve closed.

Bloomfield had the most intelligently designed floor plans that were thoughtful in layout and utilized all available spaces to maximize living and storage along with "flow"....especially the Magnolia, which is our model. The finishes that were standard with Bloomfield were additional with other builders, so we really feel that we received great value for the price. We opted for a number of upgrades, but never felt "nicked and dimed" in that process. Our project manager, Jordan, was a real partner who took the time to listen to what we wanted and worked to help balance what we envisioned with what was possible within the boundaries of a semi-custom home build. The sales consultant, Mike, and builder, Mitchell, were very responsive, patient and understanding with any questions/concerns I had during the building process. The sales assistants, Roz and Stephanie, were also outstanding, They always had a positive and cheerful attitude. I had visited numerous communities and all the Bloomfield representatives treated me warmly and welcomed me even though they knew I was purchasing in another neighborhood. I feel Bloomfield employees work together as a team as I always felt comfortable wherever I visited.

On a sunny Saturday morning, my wife and I were looking at new build subdivisions in Northern Dallas. We had done some preliminary research and decided to give 380 a look. We made appointments with a few builders in a few different subdivisions. The difference maker was Patrice. She made us feel welcome and was super transparent about everything. Patrice is so knowledgeable, organized, efficient, kind and most of all about business. She was patient with us and guided us through the process of building our home. As a result of her help, we found the right house at the right price for us. Bill, our project manager, took a personal interest in the success of our project and made us feel like extended family. Today, we have a great home with a great school for our daughter. The lot we selected is right across from a park! We couldn’t be more grateful and happy for such a pleasant experience.
