Friendly., communicative, easy to work with

Chris and Brandon were great to work with.

Our experience was wonderful with the sales staff, customer service and the project management. Our only two negative experiences were with AMSW and the electrician. There was a terrible lack of communication with Wes at AMSW. And when we did have questions or concerns he seemed to not care. We were almost homeless because Wes was really disorganized and made multiple mistakes. Closing was wonderful and so easy. After, we moved in we had a problem with the dryer tripping the breaker. The electrician came out and was extremely rude. My wife had to call me home to deal with him. The electrician told us it was our brand new dryer causing the problem. So, we did our due diligence and had an appliance repair person come out. He could find nothing wrong. The appliance company gave us a brand new dryer. Once the new dryer was delivered the breaker still tripped. We were now 2 weeks without a dryer. The electrician was again rude and condescending on the phone, but sent another person out. This person found that the panel was wired incorrectly and this was causing the problem. We never received an apology for the terrible customer service. I hope we never have another problem with the electrical because Fox is awful with warranty issues. This is not a reflection on Bloomfield because Mitch and Stephanie were so kind and helpful, but I hope they have a conversation with their contractor about the terrible service they offer. I know we are not the only ones who have had issues with electrical issues. We love our home and it has been a blessing to live in. Thank you Mike, Mitch and Stephanie! ... Más

Very smooth experience and all personnel were attentive and helpful.

From start to finish entire process was seamless and easy.

What sold us the most was Chris. He was always there to answer our many many questions and guide is the right direction. He was honest when most people wouldn't be. Even after we have moved in they are still here for us helping when needed. The quality was great and you can tell they truly care about their homes and the homeowners.

They made my decision on buying a house much easy because of the Bloomfield homes lay out and designs. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

What really stuck out for us is that Paul and Chad knew we were expecting a baby in March and did everything they could to try and get us in before her arrival. Unfortunately, she had different plans and came early but Bloomfield kept in touch with us through the whole process. If we ever build again, Paul will be our first call.

The house is spacious, and the style of the building is elegant.

Great experience from start to finish

The Builder seem to care about HIS product, beyond the company. It felt like he wanted to provide a genuine product because it represented him. During our orientation if we noticed issues he was taking pictures right then and sending them to his tradesmen and speaking with them to get things taken care of. No waiting around.

I think Bloomfield did a Great job considering all the shortages going on with COVID.

The process was seemless. There aren't enough words to describe the great experience I had with Bloomfield. Jerry Hobbs and Travis Schofield were a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable. Even though are build happened during the Pandemic, Travis did not miss a beat and our home was completed almost exactly on the date first stated. The homes, elevation choices, floor plans and mass uograde options truly make your home unique. No cookie cutter homes here. If you want the perfect home, Bloomfield Homes is where you will find it
