Going into it, we didn’t know what to expect but Jeff and Matt really eased ALL of our concerns and worries throughout the 8 month building process. Anything that I had a question about or wanted to change during the build, they were a phone call or text message away. I have been very pleased with the entire effort of having Bloomfield build our home. From the selection process, to the building and mortgage processes, everything went smoothly, and the people I worked with were professional, helpful, and available. I love the finished product of my home!

Chris was our sales contact and he was ALWAYS so patient with all our questions....and we had many!! Brandon was also very helpful!! I am a little disappointed with the landscaping. Seems some neighbors are somewhat better than mine. But overall a very good experience and when I can I will recommend Bloomfield!!

The first thing that stood out to us with Bloomfield homes was the fact that pretty much EVERYTHING that we saw in the model home was included (besides the flooring and back patio) which was AMAZING because the model home looked like it was swarming with upgrades. We decided to sign with Bloomfield for our first home and we couldn’t be happier. Jeff the sales rep was so informative and communicative throughout the process. The quality is outstanding and we feel like we got our house for a great price. So happy!!

The Bloomfield team here at Hutson Oaks was really great to work with during the building process of our new home. I would recommend that you come in and explore the different floorplans they have available. Some of it you cannot visualize, but you have the opportunity to go to other Bloomfield communities to see what the house actually looks like. Be prepare to have several choices when it comes to picking out paint, brick, countertops, etc. It can be overwhelming. But the sales team had a few homes that we were able to go in and looked at to see what the tile, and fixtures looked like. Always ask questions if you are not sure about anything.
