Me and my family relocated to Texas a couple of months ago. I had been coming to Texas since last year looking to start over. I must have looked at 20 plus homes. Soon as I came to look at the Bloomfield homes the staff made me feel comfortable. They were very friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is very quiet.

I went in to view a Bloomfield home and never came out of it! They are so beautiful contemporary and have all the upgrades you need! I love living in a smart Bloomfield home...

Transitioning out of the military was stressful, especially when trying to purchase a home while you're living in another state. Matt allowed us ample time to get our affairs in order and we were able to secure a home. We love the community and the house.

We got a newly built home from Bloomfield in Timberbrook. The process was smooth and stress free while dealing with our representative, Michael Herzog. We talked initially about what our needs were and we had nice options made available to consider. Michael was always quick to respond to questions or concerns, and he was genuinely engaging during the entire process. The home has been a nice living space that we will enjoy for years to come. I would highly recommend a Bloomfield home to anyone considering new construction or an existing home.

We stumbled across the home and dropped in to see Jeff. He was great to work with. Third time buying a spec home for me and the process was seamless. Bloomfield makes a great product. I will change out the dishwasher soon I'm sure as it's not a quality one but other than that, everything is great!

Very quick build after breaking ground. Construction manager and sales team were very knowledgeable and eager to help.

The best part of buying from Bloomfield was getting to meet Sara and her staff. They made the process easy to follow and you could take what they said to the bank. Every step was explained and made as enjoyable as possible. No gimmicks, no hard sell, no bs. Great people and a great experience.

Well, we have purchased a number of homes over the 64 years we have been married. We are very happy with our experience here at Bloomfield. The house was s spec home. It was what we were looking for - smaller, but well built, attractive, and with a great front porch. Ther was just one issue, we wanted taller toilets, but the builder does not normally do that. We were able to work out a solution between the builder and our real estate agent and got what we needed.

From beginning to end, my experience with Bloomfield Homes has been great. We have been in our house about six weeks now and have not found any real problems and any little problems we have found. They have been very responsive to.

I am very pleased with my Bloomfield Home. While going through the buying process, we experienced great customer service. Kudos to the Bloomfield Homes staff.

From the get go David made our experience wonderful. He was authentic and honest with everything he told us and helped us out with any first time questions we had. He one of a kind. The material selection meeting is a an eye opener as all the good stuff is extra but expected. The building process was a little different because they let you know that everything has to be drawn per plan but when confronted that an area was not built per the plan they had an excuse or push backed. In the end somethings were picked up and other were not. Overall a good experience but could have been great.

The whole buying and building experience was as easy and painless as possible for a project of this size. Sales and design staff were very helpful and responsive. No major issues during construction. Only had a few issues on finish out but all were addressed and handled by our builder. Final finish out resulted in a beautiful home!

Construction was completed before promised timelines. Weekly updates were sent through out. Closing has been smooth. All the concerns identified during and after closing were addressed within reasonable timeframe. Enjoyed working with Peter, Charles and Brandon. They have been prompt & exceptional through out! I strongly recommend Bloomfield Homes to everyone!

The process was very smooth. From Indy at the model home to Morgan at the title company.All warranty work was taken care of in a very timely manner. I was very confident in the information that was being told to me. The quality of the Bloomfield Homes is very exceptional. We are very happy with our new home.

Amazing experience all the way. Bloomfield was able to complete my house ahead of schedule which was a pleasant surprise for us. We are used to builders being behind schedule so this was a great welcome. Their financial lady also helped during a difficult situation. I will totally recommend them.

Builder’s team made the process very easy and was responsive from start to move in. The quality of the home was excellent and what I paid for the home was reasonable.

Home is beautiful, after two months of living here we have been pleased over all. We have come to realize that the house has a few issues and that normal with any new build. The home builder and main agent have been great to work with and have quickly resolved any issues that come up. I will say the only regret is the paint choice, if you breath on the walls it leaves a mark. Unacceptable of what we pay for these houses. Finish out for 600+ should be better, looks like a rushed job at times. Looks like I’ll be repainting the entire house bc the builders want to save money. The people here are great, just wish the finish out and materials were better, because two months in I should need to spend what I’m spending to repair/repaint. ... Más

From start to finish, Bloomfield went over and beyond our expectations. Everyone who has been to our new house, including our own adult children, have vouched that Bloomfield will be their next builders whenever they are planning of moving. Value for money does not describe what we got from Bloomfield. The upgrades they gave us for free would have cost us nothing less than $80,000-90,000 with other builders. Seeing is truly believing. Our new house is oozing quality throughout! The least we owe Bloomfield is to let others know and enjoy what we are now enjoying. I don't know what the future holds, but if ever we want to build another house and Bloomfield is available in the area we are looking, they will be the number one on our list of builders ... Más

Overall it was a pleasant experience. Workmanship and attention to detail on cabinets was lacking as many of the cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms had significant damage and scratches. Paint in several areas have already started to crack and some areas were missed when tapping and beading and never got painted. The leveling of the yard is horrible, not sure they even rolled the grass after laying it down. Outside of these issues, which will or have been corrected we love our home.

Our salesman Steve was awesome as well as our project manager Shaun. The process was made simple and easy.

Great over all we for sure will recommended for others to buy
