The floor plans has a great flow Jason was very helpful and responsive on getting pricing and product options handled efficiently and professionally. Nancy was on top of the construction kept things on schedule. I love the way Bloomfield kept you informed on your homes progress with photos and a report every week!

The process was smooth and we had great support from the Country Lakes team from the beginning all the way to the end. Mandy, Scott and their team were wonderful. They were always available to answer our questions quickly and thoroughly. The house itself is amazing and we are very pleased with the quality of the materials and the workmanship. We have so many upgrades in the home and extras that we didn't see with other builders. Without a doubt, I would highly recommend Bloomfield homes to my family and friends!

The process from start to finish went smoothly. We are very pleased with our new home. Any issues we had were promptly addressed. Jeff was in constant communication with us, which made the process simple and easy. This is the second home we built in Texas, and we had a much better experience with Bloomfield. We have recommended Bloomfield to several of our friends, who are now building with Jeff.

Exploring a new build was always a scary thing for me. I didn’t want the pressure, the process or the fears of building. From the first 5 minutes my fears were subsided as Brian explained our options and features of our home. We chose a home that had already been started and we closed in less than 45 days. The process was not only easy, but it’s our favorite house we’ve owned to date. We’ve found zero flaws and our slab and frame is now our home we’re proud of. Don’t be timid in pulling in a Bloomfield neighborhood if you’re house shopping. You’ll probably end up as happy as we are!

Mike and Jeff were amazing, attentive and helpful throughout the entire process. They really listened and wanted to make the experience a great one. Our builder Jeremy was also awesome! The entire process was outstanding! Starting with April (Outstanding) in sales thru closing was top notch. Chet was great to work with on blue tape review as well as following up on minor issues before/after closing. All folks were great, after 6 weeks being in new home, house is solid and energy efficient as we expected/hoped. Thanks Bloomfield.

We are so in love with our new Bloomfield home! We did look at other communities and other builder properties but nothing compared to our Bloomfield property. The craftsmanship of the homes are superior to other builders. The attention to detail and design of the home are all well thought out. Nothing in our home feels like an after thought. The entire buying process was seamless! I had previously built a home in New England and despite not building the home here, buying it brand new and working with Bloomfield was nothing but a great experience. Dona was great for helping search for homes and visit in person or virtually. Once I moved in, Eric was great quickly getting items fixed/addressed. I’d buy through Bloomfield again in a heartbeat!
