During building process we were never given the chance to review things that were being installed

Bloomfield is a great construction company. I made a deep search before deciding on what company I will work with. And found out Bloomfield is the one best fits my expectations. In overall material and laborhood looks great although house design could be better at some aspects. In short, I’d definitely recommend Bloomfield who is looking for a new place.

Great experience in general.

We have been very pleased with our Bloomfield home. Our construction manager has been great.

The buying process and quality of the home is impeccable.......my only high disappointment was we were told this neighborhood could have unground pools upon going to the city they stated the lots are not big enough per city code. When we asked the subdivision to help get a PD amendment for the community so we could have pools they told us NO we would get no help from them. The PD amendment will cost EACH of us residents who apply over $1000. As we were misinformed the subdivision should pay for this! Or at a minimum waive our HOA for next year that is also $1000. Very very very disappointing buying your dream house with plans (which was 100 % stated at the buying process) to have our oasis backyard to enjoy our home then to be told NO and the subdivision won't help. ... Beautiful home and very well built, they take pride in quality not quantity, so far we love our home

Overall building experience went well w/Bloomfield!We would suggest Bloomfield for building home.They gave us a date of move in w/o any real issues.The date to move in was correct and didn’t have to worry about any double moves.

Very helpful, direct, and seemingly straightforward. A good listener and quickly responded to all my questions.

Excellent quality home, though market is generally 10% overpriced.

The sales people were great and I worked hard to get into this house. I paid the extra $500 to have an inspection done on the house and sent a report. I was affirmed that everything on the report was complete. Then I moved in after closing and saw almost nothing on the list was touched. Even parts of the house weren’t painted. It has been almost two months later and I still haven’t had any of these things taken care of. The approach the builder took was to just let them know what they didn’t do instead of them doing another walk around and getting it fixed. I work and travel way too much so I can’t find time to go through the house and make a list for them. I also haven’t had a working dishwasher after almost two months and the smell in my kitchen is getting out of hand. Love the house and feel it was a really good value. Sales guy was a bit of a stick in the mud as we were working on closing with our realtor. The guys on the build side are nice and helpful. The warranty guy is great very responsive and helpful. I’d recommend Bloomfield to others with some heads up for the process.

Overall satisfied with Bloomfield. Process was smooth, handled with professionalism and efficiency.

Possibly one of the more better built homes I’ve purchased. There’s no doubt the property manager, Lance was very attentive and offered his services many of times with his busy schedule. My only concern or issue is that I paid for an install of CAT 5 jacks on wall, assuming there would also be a media or home run box to come with. The jacks were there, but, none were hooked up nor connected and terminated. To me that makes no sense in half doing the work due to the cost.

Hew home finished on time. As with any new home, you tend to discover some flaws in the workmanship. Nothing major just a few minor items that were addressed rather quickly.

The Bloomfield home I purchased was to my satisfaction

The overall models are the best looking of most all home builders.

Everything was good but some of the builders rushed in some places and we had to call to get some things fixed but overall everything is good, a price we can afford and no major issues so far

People at office were very helpful

From the very beginning when I stepped in to the model home, I was very impressed. I was able to make my selections for my new home, and was very happy with the choices. My home turned out beautifully. I would recommend Bloomfield to everyone that wants to have their home built.

Decent Builder, but would be good if given attention to details. Lots of back and forth could have avoided, proper organization of details during the pre-closing is needed.

We love the home we have built by Bloomfield Homes. The quality of workmanship and materials are of the top and the people who work with you for your home are very attentive and responsive. We love our home so far and enjoy our experience with Bloomfield Homes.

Building a new home is typically an experience like no other and there are things that Bloomfield allowed us to do that many builders at the time we were purchasing and building did not allow such as making changes and picking out our own colors, flooring, countertops, cabinets and much much more. This was individualized and not a package deal which my wife and I liked very much. Bloomfield was true to their word in our contract and did not make drastic pricing changes and pushing people away. The vast majority of the home was built well though we do have some items to turn into warranty which we have not experienced that process yet and hope that it goes well and smoothly. There are some items that should have been taken care of from the walk through and was not plus we were told that it would not be fixed that we are going to still turn into warranty and hope that we have a better outcome than we did before moving in. The floorplan we chose is a wonderful floorplan (Primrose) and we love the built-ins that Bloomfield has in the bedrooms, plus all the art niche areas. We would say that the materials used are like of great quality, however, some of the workmanship on the finish out is not. Our main issues lie with the workmanship on certain items and the timeline to go from start to finish. We don't count this against Bloomfield directly as it had to do with Vendors untimeliness in the building process, however, Bloomfield is the company that is making arrangements as to the Vendors they choose to use. We hope that there changes that are being made as a company to correct the Vendor issues that were had through the processes in our area. Overall we rated 4 stars because there are so many things we love about our home, but there is room for improvement that could have been there to make it a 5 star experience for us. ... Más

The buying experience was not bad at all. The house that we purchased is beautiful. The only thing I wish could have happened was at least one ceiling fan given as a courtesy. Especially for the price of the house that we purchased.
