Renee was amazing and great to work with. House was rushed to finish at the end and therefore a lot of things were missed and quality was nowhere to be found. Still having several minor issues which are creating bigger issues like windows leaking and causing damage to wood.

Leeroy is a salesman true salesman - reels you in for the sale and then doesn’t want to deal with you once it’s final. Trent, our builder, is a really nice guy, but just doesn’t have the time or the drive to keep on top of things. We had some custom additions to our build, and I believe they would not have turned out the way we wanted had I not stayed on top of it. We moved in on 9/28, and still have issues we’re waiting to be fixed almost 2 months later. Finally, the workmanship I believe is low quality. Mainly in the final touch up details. Really bad.

The selling team was fantastic. Delivering a complete product to us was a bit of a disappointment. Out home was not ready upon move-in, although the contracting team had over a month to finish obvious buildout items. The walkthrough that was hosted was another disappointment with over 20 major items to replace or repair. Now 44 days after closing the punch list from the walkthrough is still not complete. Cute house, Really wish that the turnover would have been a more positive experience.

El personal es muy profesional y amistoso. Altas notas por eso, en cuanto a la mano de obra y la atención a los detalles, son pobres. Lento para responder y he tenido que llamar varias veces para lograr las cosas. Valor general, compré una casa supuestamente más alta con la mano de obra de gama baja en lo que respecta a la calidad.

Uno para mudarse al vecindario en diciembre de 2018. La lluvia para el próximo piloto trae barro al patio trasero y al costado del edificio. Además, al día siguiente de la mudanza, descubrimos que uno de los paneles de madera de la puerta tiene un agujero. Me puse en contacto con la persona con la que nos dijeron que nos pusiéramos en contacto. Ya han pasado casi tres meses. No se ha realizado ningún movimiento. I have raised lot of concerns when buying home , which was not fixed by builder and even after purchase I sent him all the picture but he never fixed it , builder was awful in fixing issues and I didn’t feel quality was that great .

The house looks nice but immediately after moving in it became clear that the quality of materials used and the quality of the labor hired to build it were subpar, especially at this price point. Houses poorly made. Material is cheap. Still waiting for my screens to be put on. Garage (concert) unfinished. Shower floor is chipping. Kitchen Cabinets drawers (two) fell off the roller making it hard to open & close. I was told the floors were real hardwood I dnt think they are. Bloomfield has the worst workmanship I’ve ever had! I’ve bought homes from KB homes, Richmond Homes, And Seeno homes, by far Bloomfield is the worst! You can see all the drywall tape, patching on walls door trim damages and baseboards damages! This is a new home and I am the first owner, but this home looks like someone lived here before damaged a bunch of stuff and they hired Mexicans from Home Depot’s parking lot to fix it!

Our house took 13 months to complete, was only supposed to take 6. Communication from the sales and builder side is awful. We didn't have a closing date until 2 days before we actually closed. End product of home was great, and they stand by their warranty but they need new sales staff and much better communication.

Decent house with an absentee sales team

I bought the house because I knew I liked it from looking at photos online and reviewing the price. When I arrived at the community, the people working the sales office tossed us keys to a few houses and told me to take a look. A couple of those houses were 75-100k outside of my stated price range so they either weren't listening to me or they didn't care. I also had trouble getting basic answers to questions from them during the closing process. They were nice enough people, but I don't understand what they actually do there or why they are being paid.
