We made a last-minute decision to relocate to Texas, and just 30 days after selecting a home, we found ourselves in Texas, signing the papers for our new Bloomfield home. Surprisingly, not seeing the house in person until the day we signed wasn’t as stressful as it sounds. Bloomfield’s Project Managers were incredibly professional, patient, and answered all of our questions thoroughly. The quality of our home exceeded our expectations — everything from the construction materials to the finishing details reflects outstanding craftsmanship. Jason was aware that my wife & I were looking to relocate from Houston to the Dallas area to be closer to family. He understood the criteria that was most important in our search. He communicated immediately with our Realtor when a home came available that checked ALL of the boxes for us. We drove out to Lavon & toured the home we are now living in. We signed a contract that evening. From the front yard to the backyard, he pointed out all of the features & technology, included with this house. In detail, he explained the benefits that sets Bloomfield apart from other builders. Many of these features were a pleasant surprise. We have a huge backyard that our dogs are in love with, I have the larger walk in shower that I refused to negotiate (as we have a large shower in our Houston home); and, we have the installed technology included that allows my wife and I to work from home. Aside from a few minor maintenance issues, there have been no problems that we would consider out of the ordinary. The experience was great and was seamless. From the beginning we were treated great and Paul and the group at the office were amazing.

This was our first time building a home, and we honestly had no idea what we were doing. My experience with Bloomfield was wonderful. I expected some small problems but we had none. Anything that needed fixed got fixed in a timely manner on my schedule. I could not have had a better experience!

The process was easy as they kept me informed about timelines which made me feel I was valued as a homebuyer. The neighborhood has a country feel being minutes from the city.

I had a great experience with Bloomfield from the beginning to the end. The Community Manager Stuart and Project Manager John did a fantastic job. The level of communication was very impressive. Even when we moved in, they responded to our request in a timely manner. Stu and John made us feel like family. I will definitely be recommending Bloomfield to my family and friends.

Paul was our salesman and he was great from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable about the house in the build. His team was responsive to all my requests for things to tweak before I moved in. They have been responsive to the minor warranty claims I filed since I moved in. I gave five stars for value for the price. I still feel that is all relative. Compared to other builders it’s similar price points. I think you’re getting more with Bloomfield, however, I still feel all homes are extremely overvalued in this market. I’m shocked I had to pay what I had to pay for a 2300 square-foot home, but it seems to be a much better build than other builders in the same price point. My kids and I are loving the house. I have not yet had it inspected, I will wait until I get closer to the end of my first year warranty before doing the inspection. That way if the inspector find anything it should be covered under warranty. ... Más

Trent, Francis and Joanna provided an outstanding team that always performed in a highly professional manner. Frances and Joanna communicated with us on every step of the way. We selected many finishes and details and made changes as necessary and they never blinked an eye. As the construction progressed, we were always kept up to date and any changes or interruptions were fully explained. Weather did cause us some delays but we just kept moving on. It was a pleasure working with Trent on the final inspections and processes and always felt that he was making the best result for us. Thanks to all involved for a great job. ... Más

Our sales and the general contractor were awesome. They both main sure we understood the process. They made sure we felt comfortable asking questions! They also made time to discuss any issues and concerns that came about! The preferred lender provided an exceptional experience for us as we were first time home buyers!

Jacques made us feel comfortable during the process. He was helpful and kind. We wanted a house closer to our family and he was able to make that happen for us. Jacques is truly a blessing to us and I’m sure to more people. Anthony the builder was very helpful as well, he walked us through the new house and ensured to cover all the details possible. Steve was so easy to work with. He was a man of his word throughout the entire process and worked with my family to ensure that we got a great deal on our dream home. He said early in the process that he would be able to provide us a better deal than any other builder in the neighborhood and in the end, after we shopped around, he was right. He beat the other deals we had on the table.

Stewart was absolutely THE BEST! If you’re not sure about home buying, he will eliminate all doubt. He was available for all questions and helped me tremendously throughout my buying process. I couldn’t have done this without him. Thank you Stewart.
