The entire process from beginning to end was wonderful. The only issue i had was with the disrespectful underwriter lady who talked down to me the entirety of the conversation then hung up on me. Not everyone you deal with are ignorant and unintelligent. If I want my house in my family trust, put it in my family trust. Dont try to belittle, talk down or disrespect me in the process. I just paid for my house straight cash how dare they try to disrespect me, my family or my realtor. I had 1 interaction with this person, hope no one else has to deal with the disrespect from this one single person and their experience ends up being as wonderful and fruitful as my process was. ... Everything so far has been an excellent experience

The house was priced a little high

Buying our Centex home was mine and my husband's first time buying a home. Throughout the experience, our realtor Brianna, and Perla and Mike at Pulte were extremely helpful in ensuring the experience was smooth despite the mound of paperwork, and worked with us to improve the quality of our home from our first sales walkthrough to the final blue tape walkthrough, to closing day. Each one of them showed us they truly care about us, instead of just trying to make a sale. I highly recommend this team for anyone looking to buy a home!

We chose to use their financing and insurance. It was very affordable and easy. We had a problem getting some documents in a timely fashion. Their team was very patient with the process. I believe most other sellers would have pulled the deal but Pulte,/Centex stayed the course. We love our new home and neighborhood. Everyone has been very kind and accommodating.

I enjoyed my process with purchasing my home with Centex. I was informed every step of the way. Love the additional warranties that is provided shows that they stand behind their builds. Any issues that I have experienced after moving in was addressed immediately within a very reasonable timeframe. And I was again well informed.

What a great first home buying experience -- everyone from the sales rep to the warranty manager have been absolutely wonderful to work with! They have been extremely thorough, and have followed up with me almost daily for any questions I have or repairs made. I would absolutely recommend Centex to anyone looking for a new home!

I am extremely happy with how the process of getting my house was conducted. Beginning with Allyson in the sales office, she exceeded my expectations with the whole process of buying my first home. Very knowledgeable, very professional and very responsive. She always answered my questions and was always ready to help me in every way I needed. When it was time to review the home building process, Javier, my construction manager, knew how every inch of my house was built. He explained to me in detail every aspect of how the house and how everything worked, from the outside to the inside. My house still is impeccable. The construction is over the top. Not one thing out of place. Javier strives on getting everything with 110% quality. I always thought getting a new house involved a lot of mishaps in construction, but Javier is quality personified and he definitely delivered the best quality of my new house. I am pleased and proud to say my house was built by Centex. Next was Robert with Pulte Mortgage. He made it possible for me to have my home. Everything went well a little miscommunication at the start but it was quickly taken care of and back on track, everyone that l worked with was very helpful and supportive they did everything to help get my loan done as quickly as possible. I would recommend Centex to anyone.

The quality of our home is great, and the process was smooth and straightforward. All of the items we flagged during our final walkthrough were fixed and addressed quickly.

My purchase was seamless with help from the centex and pulte home agents every step of the way apart from my agent. The construction manager was also helpful with details on the tour. And ofcourse my customer care person is absolutely amazing! Now that I am living in my new home, its been peaceful and great experience so far! Hope to keep experiencing this feeling for a long time.
