Pulte mortgage done a great job dealing with the closing process seamless. We love the home, and we referred one of our friends to the community. Thank you for making it happen for us!

My husband Robert, my Dad and I greatly enjoyed the detailed and informative tour given by Centex Homes sales rep, Robert, of the model home as well as the home we picked. We were given a timeline and who were going to contact us as we progressed through the process. The Centex/Pulte Team did an amazing job of keeping us up to date and answering our questions thoroughly. The entire transaction was smooth, efficient, and very transparent. We definitely recommend Centex Homes.

Really good experience and Quality construction. Beautyful house, nice layout. I felt in love with this house, on my first walk. The house have everything I wanted. Convenient location- easy access to freeways, really good neighbors!

All in all my experience was great but Howard was outstanding. He really made the hand over process great and explained everything very clearly. Even after hand over he maintains great communication and always available to help.

I visited Centex homes several times. I loved the three car garage and the fact that the 4th bedroom had its own bathroom. I just couldn’t get excited over the exterior of the home. To me it was so cookie cutter looking, so blaa. Anyway, after looking at about 80 plus homes for sale we realized we were getting the most bang for our buck and bought the Bayshore model. The house is very spacious inside and now that it’s furnished and decorated it looks absolutely gorgeous. Because they didn’t have a model for this home it was very hard to visualize the possibilities. Our dislikes….we hate that they put St. Augustine grass in the front yard and put Bahia grass in the backyard. That’s just being cheap. Even worse, one water spigot for this whole piece of property. Ridiculous! We hate that there isn’t a separate light switch for the ceiling fan and lights. There should have been prewiring for the corner eves of the house out back, as well. It’s too dark out there at night, especially for our pets to do their business. I love my shower in the master bedroom. It’s definitely made for taller people to enjoy. I love the large laundry room. My kitchen is so pretty. I even like that the ceilings are one height. No need to air condition 20 plus feet in the air. In addition, it made crown molding easier to install. If I could add anything I’d like to have sliding doors going out of the master bedroom to the backyard and it would have been great to have had an option to make this home a 3/3/3. Eliminating the wall between the bedrooms in the hallway therefore my roommate could have a larger bedroom, as well. Enjoying my palace otherwise. I’d post pictures if I were able to. Our experience with Centex has been nothing short of excellent. From the initial sale until closing, the process has been smooth and without surprises. Finley (site mgr) kept us up to date with progress photos along with emails through each stage of ther build. Although there were issues with the home after possession, Gustavos ensured it was resolved quickly. As for the price of homes, Centex provided good value for what they charge. I would not hesitate to purchase again from this builder.

I think the process from start to finish was well done The field manager worked closely with us to get things done to our satisfaction. Only issue was with the Sales consultant in the beginning but was also worked out

The overall experience on the builder side of the processes was great. Both project managers Jason and Luis kept us informed every step of the way. They went above and beyond to answer all the questions and reassure us during this process if anything came up.

Centex was great! They made every thing clear and the process simple. They have responded to our concerns and issues with no hesitation. My new home is perfect for my growing family!

Everything is great. Except, it would be helpful to program the garage remotes and install a safety device for the stove.
