During the closing walk around the team took the time to explain to us everything and the contingency plan to fix for some minors finding. Overall experience was very nice

My building manager contacts me once in a while to provide the progress of my house. The house is closed on time. There is a manufacturer recall for the tile they used right after closing. They changed the full floor right away and fixed all the damages. Very good quality and smooth transaction.

Compare to other companies, like Lennar , Pulti really really makes sure you are satisfied with your home.

It started with our salesperson Robinson who introduced us to the model that we ended up buying we were interested in a different one but this one's much better and our construction manager Trevor was awesome saw to every need and kept a surprise of every update on the house and explain things in detail. Quality of home was very impressed with and I built homes when I was younger

We did not think to build a home when we started looking in 2019, thinking it was too expensive. When the realtor suggested new housing though, my family immediately gravitated toward the Centex homes. The one we chose (Canopy) suited our needs well and had enough options to make it even more ours. The build process was smooth, thorough, detailed, and we were always in communication with them. I appreciated their insight and thoroughness, including their suggestion to move to a cheaper lot than our original choice to avoid car lights shining in the bedroom window. Change orders were handled promptly and even when the assigned Field manager moved on to another job, they immediately brought in another experienced manager to minimize any disruption. The home was built on time, and the minor issues we found were quickly and satisfactorily resolved. Lastly, everyone at Centex was a pleasure to work with, from sales thru the signing. I would highly recommend Jenna, to assist in any issues and concerns that purchasers might have....she is very resonsive and helpful during and after purchase of any unit. She goes out of her way to getting items resolved.
