Very simple homebuying and homebuilding process -- smooth from start to finish. All milestones were met on time which gave us a good feeling that the home would be ready prior to closing. All materials were of exceptional quality and we could tell that they were professionally installed. Any imperfections in materials or workmanship were repaired or replaced as promised. Our construction manager, Garrett, did a great job of making sure that all of our concerns were addressed in a timely manner, When we moved in, our home was clean and tidy with no noticeable imperfections. Craig has been awesome, from beginning to the end. He answered all of our questions, took the time to explain everything during our walkthroughs and made the home build experience very smooth.
