This has been a horrible experience. They rushed the job and have no process to guarantee quality. Their process is asking first time home buyers do you like the house. I am not a contractor. Let’s start.I have a ticket that was issued October 16. I sent an email to customer care on 10.31.2024 still have not heard anything. It is now 11.11.2024. The front door has a gap they refuse to fix. The carpet has bumps. The sprinklers were put in wrong. We have non existent draining. Low water pressure. The 1 year warranty is a joke. They will probably blame the customer care agent. They should blame the company for having no process to ensure customer satisfaction. Honestly, this was an overall very poor experience. In all aspects of those that handled my buying experience. There was a lack of care, professionalism, and attentiveness throughout. And I was extremely disappointed.

Decided to have a house built and was eager to be able to watch its progress. Started noticing problems when the framing was done with a lot of splits in some of the 2x4s. I was told they were not structural and where they were, they just added a second one next to it. Roofing was subcontracted out to another company who blatantly put it on wrong. This was brought up to them and I was told it was in the manual and approved. I am now having to deal with a leaking roof 52 days after closing. Besides that the insulation and drywall was good with the exception that it took almost 10 weeks to complete putting the whole build a month behind schedule. Most of the plumbing used was cheap flex tube and all A/C vents were also flex. I guess it was a good thing considering the project manager managed to flood the bathroom and the flex A/C vent routed half of the water to the basement. Other than that, I have had random small things like different door locks put on the wrong doors, outside dryer vent wasn’t even attached to the house, etc. that I have had to fix or get fixed. There is a lot of attention to detail that gets left off and hinders the quality of the build. I missed out on other better service options. The supervision of the quality of the construction is deficient and the response to the guarantee is null.

I have so many walls that aren't even square, Flooring scratched up, cabinets broken, water damage spots in master bath, literally keep finding more and more stuff in this home. The construction manager is an idiot, doesn't know anything, literally had no clue what fire blocking was and tells me these homes don't have them when in fact we do. The studs arent 16" on center or even uniformed, studs range from 17"-32" in space, absolutely ridiculous. Pulled the inspection reports for this home through the city and alot of preliminary issues that our agent didn't even tell us. Again, just a crappy home and ill NEVER waste my money with Centex/Pulte again. Y'all suck! ... Más

Daniel promises the world and nothing gets done! Terrible experience and I have bought 3 new homes prior to this and would not recommend Pulte to anyone! The sales rep only cared about selling not about us! She could not even bother to show up at the purchase meeting! She got her commission and walked away!! Still items on our punch list have not been completed to satisfaction!!! Terrible all the way!!

VERY VERY POOR EXPERIENCE

Its only 1 month in new house and i'm facing issues with my AC unit. Washer is not working properly. There are small little holes in the house through which many unwanted guests like roaches, ants, crickets keep coming.

Appliances not working sprinklers wrong equipment electrical plugs uneven will do an inspection before the year it’s over disappointing

My family an I moved into (our home) thank GOD ITS NOT OUR FOR EVERY HOME. First there was no inspection done only the H2O inspection paying almost 400,000 for a home you would think I would have gutters though their were none. After living in the home for only 12 days the flooring was coming up also in my master bathroom their is nothing surrounding the tube as far as backer board for those who don’t know what that is it’s a green or red board that protects against water damage I’m not talking about tile but they only put sheet rock around the tube that began to peel only after 12 days after informing the warranty department I was told it would be addressed though here today on August 7th it’s still not fixed though when I addressed the situation I was told an I quote I should bath my kids in my upstairs bathroom. I’m a retired Navy veteran whom has been to war three times an im still fighting for what’s right for my family though being treated as if this is ok. We moved in on May 27th and I put in this request in on June 9th an as I said it’s the 7th of August this is unacceptable Kyle, Corbin, Josh, Javier, Ms. Christine also Regan. I have spoken with an after speaking with six individuals u would think things would be taken care of though the only thing that was fix were my front an back doors. They were fixed on the 5th of August. I haven’t seen a inspector only a adjuster the ac unit is making a squeaking noise some places in the home aren’t caulked properly I had to paint my own garage my patio was address as well though not put back properly the landscaping in my backyard was not done properly an retaining water do to the slope an I find this completely unacceptable so if someone were to ask about buying from Centex homes I would definitely deter them. In the beginning I was very pleased with everything. But about 3 weeks living at our new house there suddenly was an issue where we noticed the baseboard in the master restroom seperating from the wall. We knew right away it was due to water. We called pulte right away & they had someone one come out and cut a piece of the wall open. They realized the pipe for the AC was literally broken. The water had spread through half the restroom causing them to have to cut the entire wall down & remove our cabinets because they also got water damage. This was in may. They had them come out and put the wall back over the next few weeks. We had to wait for them to bring back the cabinets which they eventually did & we’re told the side and bottom parts were ordered & that It was going to be a 2-3 week wait. We are like on week 6 now. They hadn’t had a plumber come out to put the sink and toilet back since they removed these things since the first day, & we just kept waiting & waiting which seemed odd cus there shouldn’t be any issue at this point to put it back. We are 2 months in now, still don’t have a toilet or working sink in the master bathroom & I finally decided to say like hey are you guys just waiting for the day they come out again or what? The manager Ana, that we been working with was literally confused when I told her we still didn’t have our toilet. Up until this point we have been completely patient but it’s starting to get ridiculous so my husband finally told her some things. The weird thing is without even asking which days would be ok to schedule us for the plumber she just scheduled it & said here you go. Like how do you know if we will be home or not? But anyway my husband told her he gets home first at 2 and we could do it then. She keeps saying they can’t but it’s pretty ridiculous considering the fact that we both have already missed so much work and left early to be here for all these appointments & now they literally don’t want to work with us on when a plumber can come out. It’s honestly such a joke. Their communication is trash, and literally no compassion at all. Can’t even get an apology out of the manager. Like literally you buy an expensive home and then to be dealing with not having a toilet for 2 months. & then for them to make it seem like we’re being difficult because weve already taken too many days off & now you want me to again because YOU forgot to send out a plumber the last time I already took a day off for this. My address was wrong . My material was wrong . My address was 372 but all my mail was 376 . Can not switch address any where . Because my address is not on system .

Kitchen was not wired properly. We have to have the garbage disposal permanently unplugged if we want to run the dishwasher. There was no split in the wiring to allow both to run separately. Upstairs floor has several dead spots. The grass/sod job in the back yard was quite poor. On our 5th week in and there is still significant patches in the lawn.

I quality of the house is very bad and I am today disappointed. The flooring is getting to bad they did not all us to get it upgraded while signing the contract and the carpet is also low quality one. The paint job is very very bad during the walk through everything seems to be good but one we move in and stay there are lot of thing that need to be taken care down the line.

I purchased this home to relocated to San Antonio TX’ found what has turned out to be a nice neighborhood with a great group of neighbors… however it’s been nearly 5 months and I am still tracking down help to get my home repairs that were promised at closing done! My front door has blue tape all over it from the walk, I have a toilet down stairs that flooded, my living room switch turns the lights on in my bathroom! I have cracks and seams on the walls I’m almost every room and the guy I spoke with said “well we can get to those MINOR things when we walk through your house at the 11 month mark” I have asked numerous times for a manager to come walk my house with me and NOONE will! I have paid for repairs out of pocket to make the home livable! Literally I have no toilet in my bathroom downstairs still. I had to buy a new toilet myself! The list goes on and on about the horrific quality of fit and finish of this home, or should I say lack of quality! It has left me no choice but to reach out to the BBB I have emailed, called, text and spoken in person with multiple people and in 5 months the only thing that was handled was a few lady’s came in with interior touch up paint and slapped paint all over the cracks in the walls to try and fill them and shut me up. This had been a experience of a life time it was good when the building process was taking place but after you close and receive those keys that’s when your problems start the warranty part is the worst experience. And I do understand that things happen but I’ve been aiver a month and have had nothing but problem with the warranty department they STINK

Having pipes leak causing water damage. The thermostat goes down to 40 degrees without being touched. There are dips under the carpet. Door stoppers are needed. Lights are flickering. Going from dim to bright.

Poor workmanship. Priced to high. Homes are priced a lot lower now. Nothing but lies .The only good thing they have going for them is Scott the project manager.

Wish they were more honest

Since the pre-closing walkthrough, I noticed a lot of items were really low quality and very poor workmanship. I addressed those items, specifically the carpet and carpets padding and the wood strip that keeps it affixed to the corners. Nails were sticking out around the edges, making it a hazard for residents walking barefooted in their own home. I brought up the concern very clearly but nothing was done about that. The toilets installed in this properties are a joke. The amount of water dispensed with each flush is DEFINITELY insufficient to flush normal levels of waste, let alone any minimal amount.of toilet Tissue. Addressed issue with builder but attendant proactively shifted blame to homebuyer/occupant. Builder personnel did not even have the courtesy to warn new home owners not to flush any toilet tissue at all. Had another issue with their landscaping company, on the irrigation system and it has been 2 weeks since notifying them of the issue and they have not addressed yet. Poor Craftsmanship, Builder trying to cost save on items that were utterly ridiculous, Response time with and electrical issue was poor, Concrete work sucks, Inside bath and electrical fixtures are poor, unpainted garage without opener is cheap to say the least, Paint specs all over the floors and carpet were just a sign of non-caring and untidy painters, Kitchen cabinetry is cheap and footboard came off, outside fence was coming apart due to missing the nailing to the cross boards, Small crack in bathtub but not worth tearing apart bathroom to replace it, Pad outside back door barley is bi enough for one person, If you ask for a repair the repairman breaks something else in the process, The trash that i pick up on my morning walks is ridiculous and mostly from contractors, all the concrete Curbings are gouged from the Uniloader operator throughout the neighborhood, Irrigation contractor that are installing irrigation on the non-buildable corner lots leave huge rocks in the middle of the street after departing for the day, No ceiling fans in master bedroom and Livingroom, Elongated toilet in master bath but in guest bath regular style toilet, paint being used for pantry and closet shelves still isn't fully cured after 2 months so everything we put on the shelves sticks to them And this is not everything that is wrong with this cheaply constructed track home!!!!!!!1 ...
