I was terrified going into buying my first home. We found the perfect floor plan but had to wait for it to be available. It was sooner then we thought and we were quickly in the buying process. Everyone we spoke to was truly amazing. Michelle sold us and answered all of our questions at any time. Showed us the model built at a new community. Made sure we were comfortable. Derek with Pulte Mortgage processed our loan and was extremely knowledgeable. I really felt like he was in it to help US, and it was smooth sailing through finance. Robert was our construction manager and jumped through hoops to hit our closing deadline and still build to a high quality standard. He was extremely detailed in our walk throughs and found things I would have never seen. I just moved in and our home is beautiful. The entire team which helped us through the process was amazing. From Jake, Tristen, Mike and Jessy. Even our pup knows Tristen because he's gone over and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable and happy throughout the process. I have no complaints.

Builder construction manager Aaron F was great, sent weekly update with pictures of all the progress. Couldn’t asked for anything more. The crew did a great job with the build and there was barely anything outstanding at time of inspection.
