The builder went through all the small details with us. Reviewed material that no other builder would go over. These homes are built very well with all the small details looked over.

My experience with Centex was great the process was extremely painless from choosing the home keeping updated on the building process the closing and move in.

It was well worth the Wait. So happy!!

We were lucky that we lived close enough to our build site, where we would take weekend trips to see the status of the build ourselves. Once we got foundation and walls, our builder Chris was always on point sending us weekly updates with what the future plans were and what was completed that week. Chris helped us with our blue tape process and pointed out what should get fixed and for the most part pointed out things that needed to get corrected, that we would never had seen. Chris continued staying in contact with us after we moved in, addressing a few issues that cropped up after we took possession. I cannot stress enough how important having a builder that you can truly trust and feel like they have your best interest in heart. All in all my experience was great but Howard was outstanding. He really made the hand over process great and explained everything very clearly. Even after hand over he maintains great communication and always available to help.

The Experience working with Steve & Lorenzo has been amazing. Centex(Pulte) is lucky to have both hard working and kind people to represent them. Steve has been so kind and informative since day one. Lorenzo has been on the ball and ahead of schedule since the first time we met. Lorenzo leads by example and the many crews notice and respect his hard work. Both men still continue to help and answer questions we have now after being in the house for 4 weeks. Our family of four is extremely happy with the quality and hard work from Centex and the people that represents them.

I was terrified going into buying my first home. We found the perfect floor plan but had to wait for it to be available. It was sooner then we thought and we were quickly in the buying process. Everyone we spoke to was truly amazing. Michelle sold us and answered all of our questions at any time. Showed us the model built at a new community. Made sure we were comfortable. Derek with Pulte Mortgage processed our loan and was extremely knowledgeable. I really felt like he was in it to help US, and it was smooth sailing through finance. Robert was our construction manager and jumped through hoops to hit our closing deadline and still build to a high quality standard. He was extremely detailed in our walk throughs and found things I would have never seen. I just moved in and our home is beautiful.
