La atención que recibe de los representantes de Centex es excelente justo antes de cerrar, después del cierre y cuando recibe sus llaves, buena suerte para comunicarse con cualquier persona para el servicio de garantía. Muy decepcionado. Eso por sí solo hace que no quiera recomendar Centex a amigos y familiares.

Creo que debería haber una mejor explicación desde el momento en que te presentan la construcción del vecindario y los detalles de la casa.

Acabo de pasar un mes en esta nueva casa, pero he tenido muchos problemas con muchas cosas que no funcionan. Lo primero que experimenté el segundo día de empaque fue que el microondas se dañó. El sistema de aire acondicionado no se diseñó correctamente para 2 de las habitaciones ya que no hace circular el aire. Fallos eléctricos y fugas en los fregaderos de la cocina. Demasiado.

Muchos problemas con el hogar, fugas de agua detrás de las paredes, problemas con el césped, paredes arqueadas.

Nuestro recorrido tomó más de dos horas, casi un mes después, todavía tenemos artículos de nuestro recorrido que aún están siendo atendidos. Con suerte, todo esto estará terminado para el 19 de junio, nos mudamos el 20 de mayo. Se han necesitado innumerables correos electrónicos y correos electrónicos de seguimiento y llamadas para que mi hogar cumpla con los nuevos estándares de la casa. Nos mudamos con detalles precisos sobre quién conectó las instalaciones. Estuvimos allí cerca de dos semanas antes de que se pudiera instalar Internet, la subdivisión no estaba lista para que la gente se mudara. La casa tiene un gran valor, el proceso de venta y el rendimiento fue terrible. Obtenga todo por escrito - ¿lote plano? ¿Césped? Línea de tiempo. Todo debe estar por escrito.

Cerrado hace casi dos meses y la casa aún no está terminada. La lista de verificación final nunca se completó. El nuevo contratista no pudo ser molestado porque mi casa ya está cerrada.

Tuve varios problemas con nuestra experiencia de compra. Tuve varios problemas durante el proceso de construcción y el tiempo de respuesta del administrador del sitio fue deficiente. Tenía una casa Centex que fue comprada antes de Pulte y ME ENCANTÓ la experiencia de construcción, el constructor y el producto final de la casa. Mi experiencia con mi casa más nueva, después de la compra de Pulte, NO fue tan placentera ni tengo la confianza en la calidad de estas casas más nuevas. El proceso de construcción parecía apresurado, se trataba de "hacerlo" y, como resultado, falta la mano de obra. No siento que la casa que tengo tenga la calidad de mano de obra que debería por el precio que pagué. No haría otra casa Centex basada en mi experiencia más reciente. En su lugar, estoy adoptando la postura de "sólo 5 años ... vivir en ella 5 años ..." en el que me retiraré, venderé y me trasladaré a una ciudad diferente. Pero no construiré allí con Centex / Pulte. Sin embargo, PGP Title fue sobresaliente en sus servicios y fue muy fácil trabajar con él para el cierre. ... Más

Me resultará difícil recomendar Pulte a los clientes. Muy unghapoy desde que estoy en mi casa personal.

Es una casa bonita. Calidad de construcción / materiales no tan buenos. No volvería a tomar esta ruta. No es una mala casa. He aprendido mucho de esta experiencia

El precio estaba bien, pero todo el proceso ha sido un dolor de cabeza. Hasta el punto en que casi nos retiramos del trato. Todavía estamos lidiando con problemas para completar las cosas y han pasado casi 2 meses después de que nos mudamos.

Es muy difícil contactar a alguien para pedir ayuda. Pulte no responde muy bien a sus necesidades.

If knew then what I know about Centex Homes I never would have bought one. Overpriced and not alot of value. I had problems including range fuse and also automatic door in the bathroom shutting on its own. Also the floor in the garage had paint spots that had to be cleaned up.

Very frustrating to work with the people running this operation. Communication is very poor and follow through is like pulling teeth. They wait until the last minute to make repairs and you have to continually remind them to get it done. The workers are sloppy and create more problems when fixing one thing. They are a cookie cutter operation and only care about moving on to the next house. If it’s not done by closing, good luck with warranty. Everything is done by email and there’s no care about customer service.

The people from the warranty not respond to the orders plus when with did the second walk around they didn't fix anything from the first walk plus the second walk they didn't fix again everything what with mark and we have to leave to do paper work for the house and at the time to come back to the house they didn't fixed that is my experience from you company late respond plus not fix what they promise to fix

The craftsman ship of their workers was bad. I never seen or heard of using caulk as a boarder once floors are laid, what happened to the quarter round strips, paint spots throughout home on the cheap, thin vinyl flooring and carpet. It just goes on.. what happened to quality of work and good craftsmanship.

Bad experience. Workers didn't do a good job holes on walls.in garage and inside the house and in laundry room.

I wrote Matthew Newkham an email with pictures on 07/24 with no response as of yet. I extremely disappointed with my home and will not recommend Centex to any of my family and friends.

The foundation and materials used to build the house were builder grade but I hope everything was done at least up to code for anything our inspector couldn’t see. As far as the quality of the work we can see, it is very poor. There is not a single room, door, trim, cabinet, or wall that doesnt have a mistake. I keep dividing areas as well that just weren’t painted like underneath the vent that you can’t see if you’re standing…how clever. Had an electrical issue when I first moved in and it took so long for them to respond I paid and got it fixed myself. Centex and Pulte take advantage of people by the incentives for money put down but the work done to build these homes is average at best. Centex needs to do better. ... Más

These houses have major electrical issues. They're not wired correctly. There's massive drains issues. I was told I would have a warranty walkthrough at 30 days and still nothing. I had to replace 2 appliances in the first week because of the wiring. Breakers flip constantly. The response and the HOA are also extremely disappointing. If I had to do it over again I certainly wouldn't purchase here.

The quality of materials used and the workmanship get a one star. The cabinetry, flooring, carpets, fencing, and landscaping are of terrible quality. The electrical panel is a 15/20 so I cannot have the lights on and vacuum at the same time without popping the panel. The same thing happens when I have the lights on and want to use several appliances at once in the kitchen such as an air fryer and rice cooker, the panel pops multiple times. I am resetting it 7-8 times each day. I had them come out and they said the panel isn't strong enough to handle what I am doing. This is ridiculous. The "sod" that was put in is basically a blanket of weeds. It is unbelievable. I have called the warranty place multiple times because of standing water on the side of the house and it hasn't been taken care of. The cabinets are cheap and feel like they are going to break at any moment. The handles are all crooked and are noticeably off. The homeowners association is super controlling and requires "permission for backyard gazebos, landscaping, and fence stain, including requiring the name of the landscape company. Yet, they allow the "sod" that is used in the new build to be a blanket of weeds. The project manager was great to work with and when we did the blue tape walk through was great. However, there were things that were not taken care of and I eventually gave up on them. The one highlight through this process was my realtor, Alex. He was absolutely amazing. Pulte mortgage was aweful and I ended up going with a different lender. I am trying to not have buyer's remorse but to say I am disappointed with the quality is an understatement. ... Más
